American Freight (Sears Outlet) - Appliance, Furniture, Mattress

This place is great if you're looking for a great deal on appliances or furniture. We bought an open box Whirlpool dishwasher that had a small dent that you can barely see for a great price. We shopped around looking for the best value, warranty, delivery, and haul away fee and American Freight won by leaps and bounds! The staff was great, they were helpful and friendly through the entire process and I couldn't recommend them more in helping you with your needs. We'll be coming back for future furniture and appliance purchases!

Came in with my 86 yr old mother to buy a Washing machine. Was met by Hannah and DeeDee. Two fantastic staff members.
Hannah showed us the different choices we had and explained in detail about the protection plans they offered..
Needless to say we bought a GE Washer and a 3 yr protection plan and actually enjoyed the whole process...
DeeDee was there when I came to pick it up, he met me when I came through the front door and showed me where to back my truck up to in the loading dock area.
Both were a pleasure to deal with.. 👍👍

Hannah and Dee went above and beyond in helping me out with all the appliances that I was needing. In few a words all I have to say is they were phenomenal, and they gave me top of the line customer service.

Thank you American Freight (Tukwila)! We have now purchased 7 chest freezers from you for our ice cream business. You have always had them available when other stores have not, and your customer service has been exceptional. Great prices, good inventory, and very helpful!

My wife and I attended this store for the first time in January 2022. We were in the market for a KitchenAid top of the line dishwasher. We had seen one listed on their website, so the next day we stopped in the warehouse and purchased it. It was an excellent, beautiful unit however when I installed it, it had a minor water leak in the valve. I replaced the valve, and it performed perfectly. The next week I stop by the office at this American Freight Company and their employee, and manager were absolutely fantastic. They reviewed my problem, and immediately resolved with a full refund for the price of the repair part. I can highly recommend this location and the folks who work there. They are a great pleasure to deal with and I would return their any purchases I was considering. I give this store, its employees, and its manager five stars. My thanks to them so very very much for being a pleasure to work with.

Dylan was very knowledgeable and knew his inventory well. I expressed to him my priorities and he was able to point out a variety of options that met my needs. American freight has a great selection of new and scratch and dent appliances. The pricing was even better than expected. A great experience!

We were looking for a mattress and had a bad experience at a different mattress store where they hounded us like Used Car salesmen. Dazavian was not like that. He was very helpful when we had questions but gave us space to check things out at our own pace. We appreciated that very much and would recommend his services to others.

My wife and I came to purchase new furniture for our home and the process was very smooth. Dylan was very insightful and made sure we had everything we needed. They also have a great finance program. Highly recommend.

Twice bought (microwave and clothes washer drier set) from these guys, because they have best price in town and huge selection. Salesmen are knowledge and of great help.

Had an amazing experience with this store. From the time that I called and Hannah helped me with my purchase to the time of delivery! Dazavian let me know when my item was on the way and answered all questions I had. Our delivery guys, DeeDee and Caesar, were great! Very professional, helpful and respectful to my daughter who was home when it arrived. I plan on making another purchase!

Dazavian, the store manager, is one of the best customer service managers I’ve met. His knowledge, helpfulness, and sales experience are unmatched. He helped us purchase a washer, dryer, and a few pieces of furniture. Each with flawless explanations of what to expect with protection warranties, policies, and maintenance information.

Purchased a stand up freezer, customer service was excellent! D went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of, and was incredibly courteous the entire time. Our experience was great for the location in Tukwila, WA. The seller, Dazavian, was phenomenal! He helped us a long the way with our decision for the sofa and love seat we bought. He is amazing at what he does, and we are greatly appreciated!

The prices are pretty high, but the customer service was so good I decided to leave a review. Duncan helped us out with what we were looking for and I’m impressed at how he was able to answer every question we asked (and trust me, there was a lot!), as well as filling in other information that we didn’t even think of. I really hate the “all sales final” policy but thankfully Duncan was able to look out for us in finding the perfect one that fit our needs. Again, not quite a fan of the prices but the staff make up for it by helping you out!

Had an amazing experience with Dazavian! He was super friendly and helpful right when we came into the store. We were able to find a couch we liked and found an extra rug as well!

After my washer and dryer set of almost 2 decades going out, and a not-so-pleasant experience trying to purchase a new set at another store, these guys were so incredibly helpful in helping me purchase a new, and much better quality washer and dryer set for such an incredibly low price! It would take far too long to leave the review I think they truly deserve! But I am so glad we ended up and here and can assure you that we will be back for our next purchase!

I had a great experience here. Dazavian went all out to help me and wife and made sure we left happy. I will most definitely come back here to finish my house. My dryer broke. I have bought from Sears Outlet a number of times in the past with success.
This time was no different.
From Aaron to Jose and the warehouseman that helped load the dryer into my SUV.
I wanted the least expensive dryer and I got one for just under 400.
I had researched the dryer/model number and wanted to buy it.
Phone calls are answered within 2 rings.
I decided last night that I wouldn’t take it home - but arrange for pickup through a trucking firm. After more investigation and measuring my cargo area of my car - I decided to drive the 50 miles to pick it up.
I called American Freight a couple of times during the day - to ensure a couple of things.

The dryer works beautifully - a neighbor came over and hooked it up for me this evening.
Props to American Freight - I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them nor do I have issues to recommend them to family/friends/neighbors.
