We had a very good experience here with the staff getting us in, an established patient with another Mercy location, in a time where hours mattered, not days. We saw Dr Butrey, and my first impression was also - oh shoot, he’s in a hurry to get in/out. However, he actually wasn’t. When he realized the severity of the situation he was very thorough and took all the time we needed to understand his instructions, and get us the immediate results we needed. In fact, he even stayed on top of the results coming back, and left a message on MyChart around 9:00pm that evening to inform us of the next step. We can’t appreciate him enough! Thank you!

I’ve been with Mercy Health for decades and have had a lot of different doctors do to only going once every 3 years then being considered a new patient or doctor retire or move. Never have had a problem. Recently I’ve seen Dr. Sanchez and Dr. Huong both were great and listening and not pushing prescriptions. I prefer natural treatments like healthy eating and exercise and they were supportive and knowledgeable and gave great advice. I believe prescriptions are great and help millions of people but for me last resort and appreciate the doctors respecting my opinion.

We take our son here and have always received the care we needed. Staff were recently helpful in tracking down his immunization records for school.

Billing is a nightmare. Good luck trying to get any answers. Requesting a call back results in a 1 ring call that goes to your voice-mail asking you to call back. Office manager is never available.

Never checked for updated insurance card and got scheduled for appointments that weren't covered. Still trying to resolve it, but 3 weeks later (a week before my follow up appointment) and don't want to schedule another appointment in worry of compounded issues.

Saw DR Butrey since my doctor was out on vacation until the new year. He was so dismissive and just seemed more worried about rushing through the appointment instead of listening. I asked him about antidepressants and instead of asking me about one symptom that I have been having, he just threw out names of different meds he could put me on. What kind of doctor does that without having a conversation first. Do not go see this man. Absolute waste of time and money!

Staff is generally pleasant to you while they’re not taking care of your actual medical needs. Definitely best to avoid the individual called “Mandy” who is supposedly in charge of this office, she’s a nasty one. Better yet, you could just seek out care with a more professional local healthcare organization such as the TriHealth system.

My family doctor won’t see me for basic things, gaslit me, and refuses to listen. He’s absolutely atrocious and shouldn’t be practicing family care. The people at the front are half great and half absolutely
Rude. It’s a nightmare. I’ve tried to be seen for a basic ear ache and told to go to the er because they want to keep covid out of their office even though I had covid several weeks ago and am vaccinated so don’t currently have covid. So I can’t be seen for basic needs. When needing a refill for meds I’ve been on
For years to help my seizures he told me I needed to
Eliminate stress in my
Life Esther than take medication (that has kept me alive for over 15 years….)
He’s awful. Never ever again.
