Bridal Suite of Bay Shore

I had such a lovely experience at Bridal Suite of Bay Shore ! Everyone was so friendly, especially my consultant Paige, who was really attentive and took my preferences into consideration throughout the appointment. I ended up buying my dress about 14 months before my wedding and let me tell you, I wasn't expecting to. But when you know, you know! I was blown away by their customer service and selection of wedding gowns. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Bridal Suite of Bay Shore!

I had the most amazing experience shopping for my dream dress at Bridal Suite of Bay Shore. Sarah is an incredibly nice and helpful stylist and I couldn’t recommend her enough! She helped me say yes to the dress for my upcoming wedding this fall! My mom also found her mother of the bride dress here as well. It’s been a joy working with Sarah and the entire staff!

Today I worked with Eileen and I have to say she made my first experience AMAZING! My first bridal appointment and I said YES to the dress ! Eileen was so knowledgeable and knew exactly how to make me feel so comfortable. I never thought that I would have said yes to my first bridal experience but I just knew once it was on my body! Attached are some dresses (not mine) I tried on! Wonderful day and staff !!!

It was a truly emotional moment for me, particularly when I saw my mother cry while I said yes to the dress.

I do not have enough wonderful things to say about Bridal Suite of Bayshore and specifically, Sarah. She was so sweet, excited to work with me, helpful, and understood exactly what I was looking for. She showed me so many beautiful options and I ended up saying yes to the first dress she pulled for me. She was engaging, professional, cared what I was comfortable with and most importantly, honest. Would absolutely recommend asking for her if you get the pleasure to visit this bridal shop.

Major shout out to Sarah at Bridal Suite of Bay Shore. From the moment I walked in she was SO SUPPORTIVE AND KIND! I came in with 33 days until my wedding and not a single dress I loved from any experiences prior. So needless to say I was not feeling like I would find something here either. She asked what I liked, pulled things off the rack and made the entire experience very enjoyable. (The kind of experience you envision in your mind) if you have the opportunity to work with SARAH PLEASE TAKE IT! I can’t even put into words how amazing and life saving she was. Kaitlyn and the rest of the team at Bridal Suite of Bay Shore have been nothing but amazing. Everyone was so accommodating since I had to reschedule my appointment multiple times. Kaitlyn was so personable and so wonderful to work with. She really listened to my feedback and pulled dresses that I know I would like. When I tried my dress on, I knew it was the one and she knew it too! I couldn’t recommend Kaitlyn and Bridal Suite of Bay Shore enough!

Highly recommend! Had a great experience here, everyone was so friendly and warm. We were offered beverages upon checking in. Our stylist Kaitlyn was a sweetheart and she understood exactly what my sister (bride) was looking for. They had a great selection and had a specific one that my sister was looking for so it was perfect. The place itself was clean, aesthetically pleasing and even though it was relatively small, you still felt you had your private space to enjoy the special moment. Amazing place !

I had an amazing experience at the Bridal Suite of Bay Shore!! Sarah was my stylist and I couldn’t have been happier. She is so knowledgeable about every. single. dress. in the store! She made me feel so beautiful in everything she chose for me to try on. She truly listened to what I wanted and did not push me to make a decision at all! We definitely had a lot of fun together trying on lots of different styles. I went in with a vision and left with something I really didn’t think I’d get married in! I absolutely love my dress so much, and would choose it over and over. If you’re looking for a fun, but “laid back” wedding dress experience, then this is your place! Everyone at the salon is so friendly and makes you feel so beautiful. Seriously, get your dress here. Also, the receptionist is so fun and friendly! 😉

What an AMAZING experience!!! The staff members were so sweet from the moment I made the appointment over the phone, and so welcoming from the minute I walked in those doors. Eileen is the BEST!!! she was so open and honest and truly made me feel so beautiful in all the Dresses I put on. I said yes to the perfect dress!

The bridal suite in bayshore was my first dress appointment I had made: within minutes of my arrival, I felt so comfortable, heard, and felt like the woman who helped me (Caitlin) gave me everything I needed. She understood the assignment, literally! She heard me out, and helped me bring my dream dress vision to real life. 5 stars is not nearly enough to rate my consultant Paige & my whole experience here. I wish I could give her 100000 stars! Let me start by saying that this place had a great selection with such affordable budget friendly prices for me. Every time I stepped into the salon I was given such warm & friendly greetings from not just Paige, but from the whole team there, they are all super friendly and make you feel like family. At my first appointment I told my consultant Paige I was an open book & wanted to try everything on from strapless poofy princess ball gowns to super form fitting with sleeves! She was so helpful & made me feel confident, beautiful & comfortable in everything I tried on. Paige was also so patient with me as I tried on probably 20+ dresses until I narrowed it down to the style I loved. She then picked exactly those types of dresses & truly listened and understood what I wanted.. she was very knowledgeable about their dress inventory! I found my dream dress because of Paige & had my “YES TO THE DRESS MOMENT!”. Paige assisted me through my multiple appointments & remained professional the entire time with such a friendly, positive, enthusiastic & energetic personality. I went back multiple times to try it on for different family members & friends because I loved my dress that much!! I could truly not be more grateful for Paige & the whole team at this store. The level of service Paige provided down to their alterations dpt. Was truly impeccable & flawless. She was by far the most ideal attendant & went above and beyond to make my experience there magical!! I could not recommend this bridal salon & my consultant enough!

She picked dresses that were absolutely perfect for me and never rushed my decision even when I was torn between two beautiful dresses. Absolutely incredible! The women there are so sweet and considerate of what you’re actually looking for. I had worked with Katelyn twice and she was so incredibly helpful in finding the perfect dress for me. I even recommended a friend to her as well. I had such a beautiful experience there with Katelyn, and when I found my dress the entire staff came out to see it on me and shoot all the compliments my way. There’s nothing I love more than women hyping other women up. I couldn’t recommend this place and their staff more, thank you to everyone involved at this location for helping me find my dream dress!

I had the best experience wedding dress shopping here. Not only was I treated with the utmost respect but I was never once rushed or pressured. Eileen helped me find my wedding dress! In less than an hour I said yes to the dress. Eileen listen to me, heard me, saw immediately what I liked and didnt like. She ended up pulling the dress I said yes to! I couldnt believe how easy the experience was. I could never thank her enough for her help and kindness. Her knowledge & experience literally makes her the absolute best! After purchasing my dress & veil I made a decision to switch the veil, I called Eileen & right away she tried to help me cancel & switch my order as soon as possible. Shes so honest & kind. She let me look through the whole store & pick out dresses I wanted to try on. She went through dress by dress with me and never once rushed me. She allowed me & my best friend to sit and discuss each and every dress. It was seriously such an amazing experience, going in I was so nervous and self conscious, but leaving I felt like an actual beautiful bride! I didnt want to take my dress off!! Thank you Eileen! From the moment I first walked into their showroom in 2019 to try on dresses to last appt days before the wedding when I picked up my dress, their team was truly amazing! Eileen and her team greeted me with a smile and hug every time I stopped in. They have a great selection of dresses and a wonderful team who really want to make every visit truly special and personal! Their alterations department was great to deal with as well and affordable for the work I needed done. They even provided us with a coupon towards preserving my dress after the wedding!

Absolutely amazing experience! Kaitlyn was so thorough and really understood what my sister and I were looking for. I am getting married in a few months and Kaitlyn made sure to check each dress before trying it on to make sure they would arrive on time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I couldn’t say enough about my experience. I found my wedding dress here, which I’m absolutely inlove with. Sarah helped me find it , and she made my entire experience so much fun. She is incredibly sweet, fun and patient. She is your personal hype woman for the day. I would recommend her to anyone.
