My husband I had the privilege of working with Kurt Oswald. I was so skeptical as this was our first major trip out of the country, but Kurt instantly took any fears away by providing us with the knowledge, kindness, professionalism and excellent customer service. Kurt's expertise directed him to know what travel groups and agency's to use to provide the best experience for us and he did not disappoint. We had the time of our lives and I am grateful to Kurt for knowing how to make certain that we did. I cannot say enough about the amazing & professional customer experience we had with Maryann who booked our MSC Seascape cruise for our 5-member family. It was Maryann who recommended the idea and from start to finish it was so very easy! Maryann took care of every detail...and I mean EVERYTHING! When we had a question on the day of our sailing, she answered her cell and told us not to worry she would handle...and in 2 minutes problem solved! This was not the first vacation we booked with Maryann but our 3!!!! She is a pro, but most of all so very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. My family and I are so very appreciative for her expertise & follow through post trip!
