Ron is most friendly and nice plumber I know in our neighborhood. He helped my elderly aunt to fix the old pipes in her old kitchen and repair the leaking water line in a very small space without complaining. He was very patience in explaining the options on another plumbing problem to my aunt, and creative in coming up with solutions to solve the situation within my aunt’s budget. I would highly recommend Ron to any friends or family members.

We had a clogged storm drain on the side of our house. We also had no idea where it drained to. Found American Rooter via Google search for storm drain cleaning. Ron was able come out the same day and quoted a reasonable price to perform a water jet and possible camera scope inspection (if needed). He got the job done fast and helped figure out where it drained. Turns out the drain tube led all the way to the front of house to a small outlet. And judging by the debris, it hadnt been cleaned in years. Great, honest, friendly service by Ron at a fair price (less than rotor rooter and others I called). Thanks again!!

Ron came by the morning after I called him and provided excellent service. My sewer was completely blocked and not draining at all. He was able to clear out some roots and gave me a camera inspection where we saw a rat run across the line! Wild! He helped me troubleshoot how the rats might be getting in and provided estimates for future work. I highly recommend Ron!

Happened upon Ron and American Rooter a little over a year ago with a seriously plugged toilet. He was able to come out that same day and get it done. Our experience was awesome. Ron and American Rooter came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. He was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed the shower drain problem we'd been working on ourselves for a week. We should have just called him right away. He identified why it wasn't easy for us to fix (weird original pipe layout), unclogged the drain, and gave maintenance tips to reduce the issue happening again. I found Ron’s business because of his 5 stars google review, and after working with him today, I understand how he earned these amazing reviews. He was able to come a few hours after my call and resolved the sewer pipe issues within an hour. He treated the first blockage right away, but he spent more time going down 90 feet just to make sure everything was clear. He also warranted his service, so you know he is responsible and confident with his quality work. I joked about that hoping I won’t need him again, but I know for sure anyone else ever needs his services, he/she will be as happy as I am. Highly recommend!

Ron is incredible and the best I have ever dealt with in regards to plumbing related items! Ron is incredible and I can't recommend his services highly enough! I called him yesterday for my work (horse rescue with 120 weekly volunteers using the same bathroom), and less than 24 hours later our primary issue was resolved. There was a LOT of troubleshooting and mystery since we lease our property and had misinformation re barn plumbing. Thanks to Ron, we found the "other" septic tank which was buried by over a foot, and he had the obstructed pipes cleared allowing temporary usage of the bathroom until we can get the tank pumped. He was thorough, professional, provided experienced knowledge, and was more than fair with his pricing (as well as letting me know how we could save on the service call by taking part in the process). I've saved his info as one of our vendors and plan on contacting him first for any and all future plumbing/pipe needs!
