Chipper Plumbing and Radiant

Mike and Mark came out to change my turn off taps. Mike had worked on other plumbing issues in my house, so he was aware of some issues that may come up. The plumbing job looks great and has added years to the house, and fixed some other issues. I would recommend both of them and the company.

Had minor issue with one fix. Small leak. Chipper was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, and fixed it at zero cost. They do stand behind their work. Would recommend them again.

Jeremy and Mark did an excellent job on an extensive (2+ days) maintenance project for our 20+ yr house. (Replaced toilets, sinks, faucets, shut-off valves, garbage disposal, pressure-reducing valve). They were punctual, professional, efficient, informative and committed to providing quality work. When follow up work was necessary to replace a part and resolve an issue, Jeremy kept us posted on status and ensured we were happy with the results. I can heartily recommend their work!

Jeremy and Mark arrived on time as promised. They replaced two toilets, repaired a third toilet and cleared a drain line. They communicated with me throughout the process and let me know upfront how much the services would cost. They reviewed the work with me after completion prior to me paying for their services. I appreciate the service provided by both of them.

Jeremy was great, very polite, and honest. He was there on time, and he even come to our house after midnight to see what we need and showed up the next day as he said he would. Keep up the good work, thank you for doing what you do.

Through the years I've used many plumbers, and the experience I just had with Chipper Plumbing was the best. Jordan came to flush our radiant heating,. Then Jeremy came to fix a hot water problem (helped by Reed the second time). They showed up on time, followed through, made the repairs efficiently and at a fair price. I also appreciated that they clearly explained everything happening and how to fix it.

Mike Moshier did an outstanding job of taking care of numerous plumbing issues in my 100+ yr old house. While the service is expensive (as others have remarked) Mike is a top notch guy. He is prompt, professional, communicates clearly, very personable, and goes the extra mile. I appreciated the consistency of having him come every(!)

Jeremy Perro is our guy at Chipper. We continue to use Chipper because of the amazing service we get from Jeremy. He is direct and honest, does a great job communicating all the information we need to understand the problem and make decisions on next steps, and he is transparent with costs and makes sound recommendations on how to get the most bang for the buck while not scrimping on quality. He does really high quality work, and is fast, thorough and tidy in his execution.

Jordan and Mark were really fantastic in helping my (disabled) neighbor when her kitchen pipes froze and burst during the recent cold spell. In a very busy time, they made an extra effort to schedule her work promptly. They were efficient and knowledgable, and repaired the damage promptly and professionally. And kept her advised of the work and costs at every step. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen and Chipper Plumbing any time!

Super appreciate the professional work of the Chipper folks. Jordan called ahead of Mike's visit to go over the work, have me send him some photos, and talk through what needed to be done to ensure that Mike would have what he needed when he arrived (that's never happened before - makes so much sense). Then Mike talked through all the steps, conferred with his colleagues over the phone, to help troubleshoot and identify the best solution for a complex plumbing problem involving a tankless water heater that was leaking - likely due to a frozen exhaust or a bad relief valve. After coming up with a solution, they implemented it all in one evening. I can't say enough about how well everything went.

Great experience! We needed someone same day for a burst pipe emergency and they came out when other companies said we had to wait days. Mark was amazing! Helpful and answered all our questions. He did great work!

Chipper was the only plumbing company out of the 10 I called in my area that provided the service to defrost frozen pipes. Jeremy was kind, friendly, and passionate about plumbing. Even though we ultimately decided not to proceed with the service, he provided us with useful advice and tips on how to locate the frozen pipes and defrost them on our own. We really appreciated his honest assessment of our situation and his eagerness to share his knowledge.

I had a kitchen sink replaced. Jeremy from Chipper did a great job. replaced the sink, the old disposal and a leaky valve under the sink.
I also had Jeremy replace a leaky bathroom faucet and he added a PRV - pressure relief valve for the house. My pressure was too high and probably resulted in the failed bathroom faucet.

Highly recommend Mike Moshier at Chipper- we called him during 20 degree weather with a possible frozen shower pipe, and not only did he help us out warming it up showing up on a busy crazy cold emergency-filled work day , he walked us through all our sinks, toilets and showers and talked through explanations and future projects. We were lucky this time and the pipe didn't freeze, and he managed to squeeze us in again the day after when our pipe thawed to put our shower faucet back together. Mike was really professional, efficient and had a great attitude with a lot of patience for new homeowner questions about a 100 year old house. Ask for Mike!
