Faisal was our waiter! He was absolutely awesome! Great service! We brought our granddaughter for a dinner & ice cream date!

Dined in MEDFORD, NY. Waitress was courteous, friendly & helpful. she did not hover, but was very attentive. we ordered the fish & chips platter & we were blown away by the quality & flavor of the fish. crispy outside & beautifully flaky & moist inside. cooked to perfection. would definitely order it again ! Cole slaw was so tasty my hubby got an order to go!

I hadn't been to Friendlys in years, and wasn't sure what to expect considering they're closing so many restaurants. But it was amazing - the exact same place I remember from when I used to go there weekly (or more lol) as a kid/young adult! The lunch was delicious (I had a turkey club), the restaurant was very clean, the service was fast and our waitress was very sweet! Of course we had dessert and the portions were still huge and the ice cream was just as delicious as I remember! This is a great place to go for a relatively inexpensive meal and I look forward to bringing my grandchildren there soon!

They are very irresponseble. They gave my order and accidently threw it down the floor without any apologies. THEY SPILLED THE SAUCE IN THE BAG AND THEY GAVE IT TO ME AND DID NOT REPLACE ANYTHING AND EVEN THE BAG THEY DID NOT REPLACE. What was so rude was that the employee said it was ok that the order went on the floor.

Stopped by for lunch post workout with a friend. Everything was made fast, hot, fresh and delicious. Waitresses were friendly and helpful and patient. Brownie sundae is delicious!

Love coming and being the family here it’s never packed and kids can be kids great food and staff

Came with my kids , food was delicious and my server kayla was very friendly and a great server food came out quick .

My waiter was Jada, and she was fantastic. She was quite kind and looked after us admirably as we ate tonight. After having my wisdom tooth out, Roxanne made everything so great that I had breakfast for supper. Thank you, ladies, for a wonderful evening. My new fave Friendly's without a doubt.

This is by far the best Friendlys on the island! All of the staff are very attentive and my food is always delicious !! I have ice cream/food from here at least 3 days a week because I just enjoy coming in and seeing everyone! Emily,the manager is on top of her game there and has always treated me with such kindness and made sure my order was always perfect!!

Service is always on point fast and efficient, the people are always friendly (no pun intended) and the food is excellent, best friendlys on LI , very kid friendly

Picked up an order immediately after it was placed in advanced. I was in and out in less than a minute which was amazing.

We just love Friendly's. There are only two in Florida, neither of which is close by to me. So, when we visit NY, we always have to stop in for a bit of nostalgia. Love it!

We had a wonderful waitress.I was with my 2 granddaughters and we were her last table.she went out of her way to accomadate us. I hope she is appreciated! We were there on June 12 2023.

We had Kristen as a waitress. She was great. Next time I go back I’ll be asking for her. Food was fresh and delicious!
