For 24 years I have been a satisfied customer of Chagrin Pet & Garden! Every employee has been, and is, amazing. Once my very long driveway was covered with about a foot of snow and the delivery person started walking the 15 50 lb. bags of animal feed up the driveway. That is service!!!! (Yes, I stopped him after the first bag when I realized what was happening.)

Bought my first new mower from here. I shopped around different locations but none of the other places were able to beat their price and the level of customer service they offered. Everyone I talked to has been polite and helpful. The salesman Brad has been amazing even after the sale of the machine with my follow up questions.
If you're looking for any new outdoor equipment I would check here first. That's what I'll be telling anyone who asks me.

My dad and I stopped in for a last minute Christmas Tree and ran into one of the owners. He was extremely friendly and gave us the tree for free and wished us a Merry Christmas.

Love to see the holiday spirit is still strong in the community and we greatly appreciated the kindness!

Did an outstanding job repairing my Craftsman Riding Tractor. Repaired my tires and gave a tune-up at a reasonable price. Great products, great service, and great people!!!

I have been coming here for years. We moved into the area 15 years ago and I’ve never bought any piece of equipment for my yard anywhere else. The service is exceptional.

Was in dire need of some new equipment (Snowblower & lawnmower) Brad was phenomenal in answering questions we had and helping us choose the right equipment that would suit our unique property.
This is THE place to come to if you want quality equipment. This place cares about customers too which is a big deal. I’m confident that the Honda snowblower & scag patriot 52 will serve us well for years to come.

The front desk girls were very knowledgeable and friendly. Alley especially was informative. I ordered mulch in bulk and we got some herb plants for the vegetable garden, which by the way, were in beautiful shape. I did shop the mulch prices, and while Lowes was reasonable as well, I decided to use Chagrin Pet and Garden this year, as I will alternate to give them both the business, when I can. The mulch was place perfectly on the driveway precisely where I wanted it, so kudos to the young man who delivered it. This store is always well stocked and obviously well managed. Great experience with their service department. Mower came back fixed up and much cleaner than I brought it in. Definitely recommend for any service work you need.

In today’s world it is hard to find a company so dedicated to personal service. They have been looking after my John Deere lawn tractor. Highly recommend

Have a nice supply of wild bird food (seed and suet) and will help put in your car.

You will not be disappointed in the service and spend the extra few $$ on their inventory (Stihl). You will get a quality product backed by local experts.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I moved to the area 1 year ago and bought enough land I NEEDED a yard tractor and they were they only ones around that could get the order filled, I also got snow blade, weights, trolly cart, bagger and other accessories!!! Order completed no problem! Had to weight closer to winter for the snow blade obviously for manufacturing reason, through the season I’ve bought over 150+ packs of seed and 25lb of grass seed and my garden tools and accessories. I aswell bought my stihl 362cm here as well. When I come in they obviously know me by name now and it’s always a warm welcome. Also know that BEFORE is have been a loyal customer of CP&G before spending a dollar here they treated me so welcome and helping me get what I need for my home, property, and pets. They’ve never made me feel like I need to spend a dollar, nor steered me towards spending more than needed. Anytime I have questions on equipment I call Alex (in the back building) and he always takes the time to help and again he was that way before I ever spent a dollar here. Instead of ever trying to upswell me Alex always asks what is my intent and what do I need to get done. That’s why I have a stihl 362 and not stihl 660. For the first time in a long time we have found a place that treats us like family at the door and we are very loyal to this amazing and wonderful place that just makes you feel good just walking in. Great service and easy process. I called multiple places and no one would even touch it, they all recommended buying a new one because there was no way to get parts! These guys fixed the problems on my 34 year old leaf blower and cleaned it up like new I highly recommend them! Honest and professional!

Nice place in chagrin falls, everything you need for landscaping and we went for parts to repair a mower. Had the exact bolts we couldn't find anywhere else and customer service by Kevin was excellent !!!! Our new go to place, thanks !

In the market for a snow blower. Good selection. Sales guys are more service guys. Demonstrated the differences between manufacturers and models. Knowledgeable w/o pressuring to make the sale.
Took delivery 3 days later. Guy gave a good walk thru of the basics. Answered questions. Very thorough.

Great store! Absolutely gorgeous flowers. I bought a hanging planter and also some food for my dog. Owner is wonderful and very friendly. Definitely need to go there.

I've bought parts for my John Deere over the years. Great group of folks who are knowledgeable and very helpful. Unfortunately they are no longer a John Deere dealer. Still a great shop for many other gardening needs so still worth stopping by.

Eddie is the best! He went above and beyond, giving me advice on storing my mower over the winter and suggesting how to maintain the battery. He’s extremely knowledgeable, and so helpful. He sent someone to pick up our mower, called me with an estimate and explained what needed to be fixed, and had it back to us quickly. I’d highly recommend Chagrin Pet and Garden. I will continue to have them service our mower yearly for regular maintenance.
