I cannot speak to quality because the policies were in my parents name, but I absolutely can speak to their amazing responsiveness, patience and kindness. They have helped me sort my parents policies on more than one occasion -- most recently when the policies aren't even with Gallagher any more. Stephanie didn't have to respond to me, my parents are no longer clients, but she did. And then she followed up my thank you with an offer to help me if I have any questions about their new policy (with another company) and then wished me well in taking care of my parents. That to me is above and beyond! And it was truly appreciated at this difficult time.

In my experience they are over the top enthusiastic to help you find insurance, however when it comes to cancelling they make it abundantly clear that you are on your own.

They have a deal with UC where they “verify” students have health insurance then try to force students to buy insurance from them.

Have no idea how this is legal but it’s insanely unethical.

Robo called and switched to death! Could not speak to a human! Worst customer service for the money spent. Find another Insurance company
