I really appreciate your patience and the time you took to understand what I was looking for. This process can feel overwhelming with all the different options, but you put my mind at ease that I was making the right decision after thoroughly going over everything with me. It was a great experience. Kenneth met me when I walked in. I let him know my limitations, etc, and a list of mattresses I had gotten from the site. He gave me the details about each of them, let me try out several of them, and made a recommendation based on my needs. That was the one I ultimately chose. And everything was on sale, a big plus! Kenneth is very engaging, I enjoyed our exchange. I highly recommend Mattress Firm!

I went in to get information on a mattress I thought they'd have, in order to buy a used mattress. I wanted new but didn't want to part with the money, ultimately. Timothy told me a lot about the mattress I was looking for and never tried to disuede me from buying that mattress. He showed me other mattresses that had about the same firmness of the one I was looking for. I liked what they felt like and was going to leave but decided to lay on a few others just to see if I liked something better. I laid on a mattress and instantly felt like it was what I truly wanted to sleep on. We worked out the details, after he told me more about the mattress. He asked my budget and never asked me to look at anything above it, except to compare something more expensive to what I had chosen. He never pressured me, and was about as pleasant as he could be. I've been looking at mattresses for a while and this is the first time I've really had a very good experience.

Didn't really know what we were looking for when we came in. Tim on the sales floor was very knowledgeable, kept us in budget, offered creative solutions and made us feel at home! Delivery was on time, the delivery crew was very polite and efficient. Highly recommend the team at the Renton Landing, great people and service!

I visited the store twice, and each time the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They have a big variety of mattresses to test, and I appreciated the opportunity to find the perfect one for me. Great experience overall!

Tim was a great salesman. He didn't offer me anything outside of what I said I was looking for and kept me in budget. Easy to talk with, and had all the answers I needed.

Tim was knowledgeable and helpful. Didn't try to upsell us or steer us away from a lower priced mattress. We are happy with the purchase and the service. So far we like the mattress very much!

This review is overdue about a month or two. Kenny at Renton Landing was extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions and I had plenty! I ended up purchasing two mattresses and frames. The district manager, Kyle, who happened to be visiting the store when I stopped by a few weeks later, also went above and beyond to assist me. This district genuinely has an amazing team.

Kenny and his team made finding our new mattress as easy as Sunday mornings. These dudes just wake up and sling beds, day in and day out. Trust no one else with your mattress journey.
Also, on a side note, get yourself an adjustable base. I thought they were just trying to sell me on it, but it’s change my life in the bedroom in more ways than one. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

These guys are amazing!! After a couple of months I realized the mattress I purchased wasn't going to work for me, I felt terrible having to return it but they were kind, helpful and accommodating. This is the Mattress Firm in the Target parking lot. I'd recommend for sure.

Pesha was fantastic. Professional knowledgeable, and really nice to work with. I had seen her months ago when I did not purchase a mattress from her, but she was still gracious and kind, and was the major reason why we decided to buy our new mattress from Mattress Firm.
