We got here for our Friday night dinner.
Not at all busy.
We ordered
Filet Mignon
Louisiana sirloin steak
12 oz. Top Sirloin
Food was oaky but service was excellent from Michael.

Once they changed their old good menu my favorite ribeye steak was gone like me so many others stopped going to Ochaleys.

I ordered the Garlic Steak Pasta and it was amazing. The steak was well done and seasoned perfectly and tender. Kenny was absolutely fantastic and perfect. His attitude was great and treated us like family. He made sure our food was hot and ready and didn’t have to ask for anything. Definitely my favorite server by far.

The atmosphere at O'Charley's is considerably better than many competitors.

When I go to dinner, I want to be able to hear what discussion takes place at our table. Many restaurants lately are so loud it appears they make no attempt to build with materials that will reduce noise.

Their staff is excellent, neat and professional despite staffing shortages elsewhere.

And the salmon is absolutely delicious. Nice variety of salads and steaks. Prices are normal in the $20-$30/plate vicinity.

Had another visit to this location. Always the same. Excellent food for reasonable prices. I think their food is actually getting better as is the service. Wait staff this time was Christy. Let me say that you should ask for Christy (dead serious). This server is speedy, attentive, friendly (always a smile) and lively. If only all servers were this good.

I've never had an awful experience. Anytime I take my family of 6 to O'Charley's , our food always comes out All at once instead of a couple at a time . Food is tasty . Servers are sweet and attentive. No complaints.

Best crispy chicken tenders! Wonderfully designed inside, good flow, great service! Our waiter was awesome! He was always in motion.. Never letting our glasses get past half empty, bringing out more rolls and butter, and he was kind and did his job very well. I applaud his work ethic.

We celebrated our 43rd anniversary yesterday and had dinner at O'Charlie's in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. I had the Louisiana Sirloin, (12oz), baked potato, and a salad,my wife had the new crab and shrimp fettuccine dish, and salad. And it was free pie Wednesday, so we both had the peach cobbler. Both were really good, we shared part of our dinners with each other, and still had enough to take some home. Our waitress was very good, the manager came around and asked about our dinners, and gave us a $5 off coupon for our next visit! I certainly recommend this restaurant!

Steak was delicious and huge for a good price. Longhorn is normally my place to go for steak. But Ocharleys blew them out of the water. Now I've had food from ocharleys before but this location specifically really knew what they were doing. Thanks for the great service too. Our waitress was so kind and great at what she does. ☺

My lovely wife and I had a great time and enjoyed our service. Kenny was awesome and was very attentive. I enjoyed my food as well.

Ashley was a great server, fast and courteous. And the food was great. Hot and fresh. I will be dinning there again.

I love this chain - I frequently get the planked salmon and it never disappoints. Love that each has a beautiful mural dedicated to the nearby area. I hope this chain never closes for good!

We have been going to this O’Charleys location on Sundays after church with friends for many years….the Sunday hostess is fantastic and always gets us seated right away….we usually have a party of 7-9. We have ALWAYS had excellent service! Have moved through various wait staff over the years….many have been unforgettable due to their fantastic work ethics and personalities…..including the current waitress we have been fortunate to have just about weekly…her name is Sonciere and she is an exceptional server in every way, which is difficult to find in many restaurants these days. Always excellent without fail in friendliness, speed, efficiency, remembering our drink orders every week….we are well taken care of, all have our favorite menu items and keep coming back for that reason! Our favorite Sunday lunch place for years!!!

I went in just expecting the usual old o Charlie’s experience, but honestly Alyssa help us have such a fun night. Personable and knowledgeable about the menu (yes I know it’s o Charlie’s). But was super chill about our modifications. And she was so fun! I would go just for her. Y’all better her

We had JR as our server. He did an excellent job and we appreciate his timeliness and attentiveness. Best dining experience I've had in a long time. Food was good as well.

We needed a quick stop for dinner and popped in here. We have never eaten at an O'Charley's before. We were very happy and all said we'd eat here again. The rolls were a nice surprise and we're great. Our waitress was Alyssa M and she was attentive and accommodating. I had the Cajun Chicken Pasta, my husband had the Country Chicken tenders, and our kids enjoyed their kids meals too. We shared the loaded brownie sundae- it was huge! Happy we picked this place off the map to try!

My husband and I have had a very great experience with our server Kenny. He was very funny and attentive. Thank you Kenny for giving us a great experience. I also want to thank the cooks because the food was excellent!

The food and Customer service was Amazing. I truly enjoyed my meal after going to 2 other restaurants around an have to wait. We left an came here, with no wait and Awesome 👍 food.

Soup and sandwich were very good. The waiter was friendly.

We frequent this establishment and have met some completely amazing people. Tonight's dining experience we had Alyssa. Alyssa was an amazing server! She was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating! Definitely will be returning

Kenny was the best server I have had in ages and I dine out daily. He was efficient, attentive, kind, and funny! He made our lunch such a fun experience!
