Glen Rest Memorial Estate

I just like to let you know about my recent experience at Glen Rest, I walked the cemetery first and it was just a well kept beautiful place. I was than greeted by a pleasant young woman in the office and met with Ashley, the Manager. She put me at ease in a difficult situation and she took me outside to help me with my mother’s
grave. I just like to say my overall experience was a pleasant one considering what I was there for. Thank you for helping me.

I love this place so quiet and peaceful!!! My best friend EVER RIP is buried here, and my mom, and my grandparents!!! Marsha Lea Brush, and my grandparents Hazel Wilson and Roy Wilson RIP, until we meet again.

My Grandpa Terry Littleton just got buried there last sunday.. And my grandmother Beverly Smith got buried there a couple years ago...

My descendants from my family and friends who bought real estate wish for you to trim around our markers.Are you in need of workers,volunteers, trimmers,? This has been the conditions for many a year now. 6o year's to be persistently seeing this all year long is not getting THEIR investment. How's about stepping it up this Christmas for Jesus !! Other than that , good job ! Little more time. . . they earned it. Like a haircut ~

My in-laws are buried at your grounds. They are in need of grave markers. I have called and requested info on purchasing those markers for over two months now. At first I spoke with Maddie and then Ashley two weeks later when I never received the information. Both promised to mail it out to me. After that I had left several messages over a period of several weeks asking for a call back and the information. My calls were never returned, nor did I receive the information. Finally I did get Maddie to answer the phone a week and a half ago. She apologized and verified my mailing address. She said she would get the information on the grave markers out to me ASAP. Well I still have not gotten it. This is unacceptable.
My husband and I are now concerned about paying you for grave markers if this is the kind of customer service you provide. Would we have to continue to complain/fight to get them made and/or placed at the graves?

After sending the above email to Glen Rest, at the email address on their website…..I received the notice that it was undelivered because the email at Glen Rest is no longer valid.

Memorial Day 2020 grass almost knee high, grave markers sunken and flooded over and or covered in leaves and dirt. Never seen it this bad. Are all the graves flooded? And do the chemicals get into the local pond and water table?

It would be great if told people have to make an appointment to pay for a marker they would answer the phones...... I've been calling for 30 mins and still no answer.
