Wash & fold service is WONDERFUL! I've never used a W&F service anywhere, so have nothing to compare it to. Our laundry was ready on time, and packaged perfectly - they even put the undies in the middle of the stack, and matched the socks. Thank you!

We utilized K&L Cleaners for a wedding party tux rentals. My son was in the wedding. We ordered his tux the first week of July and by Aug 22 it was still not in with the wedding being that Saturday. I asked the cleaners to call me immediately when it came in the next day so I could get my son down there to try on make the fit was good. They called the groom instead of myself. I did not find out it was in until it was too late for me to get there. The groom had to pick it up. We ended up with a tux that did not fit appropriately. Very disappointing service!!
