Service is always good here. Building and waiting area isn't the best (ac is usually out), but the quick service and how nice everyone is here makes up for it. Usually just having minor service done here and they do a good job. Appreciate them takin care of me when I'm here 👍

Wonderful experience buying a car! Ken Keisel was the salesperson who helped me find my car. He was very personable, down-to-earth, and helped me find the best deal person. Bill and Ryan were also amazing to deal with, walking me through all the finances and key points that are important for a first-time car buyer to understand. Would highly recommend this dealership when looking for a good car and good experience!

I had a very good experience this past week with trading in a leased vehicle that had only one payment left, for a new lease on a different model. My husband and I worked with a new salesman named Deshawn Thurmond. He was extremely nice and told us right away he was new to selling vehicles….it made no difference to us because he was so attentive and never hesitated to get answers for anything he wasn’t sure about. We were happy with the deal we got….and then the bonus was the next day, when I had several more questions, he immediately offered for me to come in so he could take more time going over the many features that were new to me. Overall, it was a great experience and I would send anyone there to deal with him!

I dealt with Ryan Grimm, the General Sales Manager for the purchase of my last two vehicles. Ryan made the process feel easy and less stressful. I would highly recommend not only Ryan but the dealership in whole to all my friends and family. I drove out of state to purchase from him and it was the best experience I could ask for.

I didn’t get to purchase a vehicle here due to reasons but the used car salesperson Chris was amazing! He went out his way for us and always had a smile on his face. He was real and honest with us. I recommend him to anyone that goes there.

Amazing customer service. I had not called ahead of time, and was still helped within the first few minutes by Logan. He was not only able to answer all of my questions, but he was also very helpful telling me exactly how much the total cost would be. If I ever have any more car troubles, (which I surely will, knowing myself), I will definitely be coming here again!

I bought a used car from here the salesman Kris Holloway helped me out so much got me in my new car the same day and was very knowledgeable about the cars and finance options that worked best for me. We'll definitely return when I'm ready to upgrade.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation and the process was quick and easy! The service advisor presented me with a thorough vehicle inspection (nothing was needed, thankfully) and was very helpful and respectful. Definitely will be coming back for any further vehicle needs!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Shana and the service center team went above and beyond for me. I was driving from MI to Columbus for a special event and popped a tire an hour into my drive. Shana was so helpful when I called to schedule my tire to be fixed during my stay in Columbus. She offered to send their valet to my hotel to pick up my truck so I could enjoy the skating championships without missing any of the action! Their automated system notified me of the valet's estimated arrival in the morning. The valet was timely, polite, courteous and addressed my concerns regarding the sidewall of my tire. A few short hours later, Shana called me with the great news - the service team fixed my tire and my truck was being returned to my hotel. Shana's enthusiasm and kindness shined through every time I spoke with her! I knew my truck was in good hands while I enjoyed the skating event! Thank you, Shana! You and the team at Masheter Ford service are rockstars!

I needed a mobile service call at my home. I called too late to schedule it for that day, and unforeseen unavoidable circumstances delayed my appointment by a day. Throughout the whole experience, Kaitlynne kept in contact to ensure an incredible experience. Jesse was very knowledgeable and professional when he came to do the work. Took my Ford focus in for a simple oil change quicklane was very diligent and was almost as if they had never touched it. My customer service was wonderful and very easy to deal with. Logan was very straightforward and was very helpful. Keep up the good work Masheter.

I have bought 3 cars within the past 5 years at this dealership. 1 for my daughter and 1 for me and then an upgrade on that 1. The Sales Team are very friendly and great to work with, they have always taken their time to look for the best car on the lot that suits my needs. Tyler Armstrong in Finance was great to explain and go over all the paperwork and took the time to get me the lowest possible APR. Came in for an oil change, quality inspection caught an oil leak that I had no idea about. Quick and timely service. My advisor was helpful with providing a quote for repairs.

I took my car here after the check engine light came on. Great experience from my service advisor Amanda and a technician named Dale. Hopefully my car doesn’t have any additional issues but if it does I will definitely bring it back here.
