They are very nice here and good service but every time I have called on different occasions I have waited on the phone for 10+ minutes

Can't answer simple questions through the online portal. Doesn't call to follow up on lab results. I've had several referrals discussed during visits that were not sent out. I've had inaccurate data added to my chart for serious medical conditions.

Find another office. I've used this one for over two years and as of late it's taken a sharp turn for the worse.

Beyond irritated! Takes forever to get someone on phone (22 minutes)!! I call to make an appointment for my son to be seen and have yet to receive a phone call back!! I will be looking for a different provider. Seems like all they do is give you medication after medication without really figuring out what the problem is.

if i could give you half a star i would, always rude. takes forever to get through to anyone, if you call and leave a message they don’t call you back. and they just gave overall horrible service
