Downtown Cincinnati Auto Title Office Hamilton County Clerk of Courts

I was more than satisfied with the care given my situation, and the kindness of the clerk was a welcome surprise. The wait may be quite long I you arrive late in the day, and prayerfully you get a decent attendant, but if all goes well it's not such a trying experience at this site.

Went in to this office to turn in paperwork to get passports for my son and daughter and was helped by a very friendly staff person. (Her name might have been Amanda?). She was nice and attentive and didn’t rush us through the application process. If anything, she was extremely patient and made the experience quite fun! We are so glad we got her on that day!

David E. is so incredibly helpful and kind. I had the good fortune of getting his help in 2020 and also today. I appreciate his patience and clear instructions for what I needed to do with/for my title. Most of all, I appreciate his kindness. Thanks again David!

I want to recognise the staff at the Red Bank office. They are knowledgable, friendly and courteous. I observed them with challenging situations and easy ones. They were all taken care of quickly with a smile and courteously.

It was actually a pleasure working with the employees at the Title Office. They were extremely kind and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and took the extra effort to ensure I understood the process. Likewise, there was never a long wait time and a lot of meter parking right out front.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hamilton County Title Office today.

I was promptly met by Melissa, the most friendly and competent staff member you could hope for.

Melissa was patient as she heard my predicament (which I admit was a bit confusing!) and quickly came up with a solution to my problem.
Melissa performed her tasks quickly and with confidence. She clearly knew what she was doing. After I completed my out-of-state VIN inspection next door, Melissa continued to work with me to ensure I was taken care of properly. Melissa runs a 'common sense' booth at the BMV. I appreciate the service I received very much, and I would recommend this office and Melissa in particular to anyone & everyone!

Melissa Eichstadt was the hero I needed, but did not deserve.

David Elma is the best employee working at this office. He went above and beyond to help me get my title issues fixed. He contacted DMV in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and he helped me resolve a complicated issue in order to help me get my Ohio plates and driver's license. Great people working here! 5/5

I genuinely had a pleasant experience here. Not even neutral, full on pleasant. The clerks were fast and personable, and the office was clean. They handed me my new title within minutes. Parking is a little difficult, but I recommend going here.

I had with Emma at this DMV and she helped me out tremendously! She went above and beyond for me. Also In general I found everybody very pleasant and helpful there.

Safe, fast service. I recommend using the 3CDC parking at Kroger on the Rhine and walking. Parking is free with any purchase at Kroger.
