I've been banking with Heartland for 3 years, managing both personal and business accounts. The staff, including Heather and Catie, are consistently professional and provide top-notch service. I also appreciate the personal touch of being a known customer, as they recognize me by name without ID.

Heartland has been a fantastic partner for my small business for over 8 years! Their bankers (Mike Amerine, Kelly Law, and Amy Gunn, specifically) always take the time to get to know my business and plans. They have helped me fund several key steps of growth over the years. The team was also so great to work with during the tumultuous circumstances surrounding the pandemic. Laurie Pfeiffer and the team who helped with the PPP process made it so much more smooth than the experience my friends had at other banks. Very grateful for Heartland and the team during the good and challenging times for my business!

Poor service and poor parking tried to park and get set up saw a woman taking pictures of my car and recording me as I was trying to get out of my car to get access to my bank not a safe area to park not a safe area to have access to and from your car
