Absolutely LOVE the owner and the shop!!! The owner is an older female named Ms.Iris. She can comfortably and confidently educate you on the different pipes, cigars, tobacco's AND lighters. She's so sweet and ALWAYS VERY polite and respectful. Would DEFINITELY recommend THIS place to ANYONE.

Great atmosphere, the food vendors were the bomb and Iris is a great host and very knowledgeable about the sticks. Enjoyed myself and will return.

Ms Iris has a great shop! A variety of cigars to choose from as well as accessories for them and pipes! Very friendly and fun atmosphere I can't wait to go back!

I was in from out of town visiting family. I was told that this shop would delight and impress. That it certainly did! We had the pleasure of speaking with the shop owner on our visit. She was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and very please the to speak with. They have a great selection of pipes, tobacco, cigars, and accessories. They have a great little sounds in the back and all the people there very friendly and welcoming. I know have her to thank or blame for a new smoke I thought you enjoyed and will now seek out!

I've been a regular here going on 5 years now. The location works great for me on Columbus' east side. The pricing has always been more than fair when comparing the same cigars at other shops. I haven't had any issues with the quality of the cigars(humidity) since I've been frequenting this place. This place for sure makes it easy to patronize here from the knowledgeable staff, to the friendly regulars. I went here one day for just a quick visit and that turned into me becoming a "regular. I will definitely continue recommending this place.

Great place! Iris is always helpful as well as knowledgeable, and is great at recommending a nice cigar. Good selection and prices on cigars, pipe tobacco, and accessories. The lounge is nice, good people to chat with, and the outside seating is nice to enjoy the day as well. Come try it for yourself !

The young lady providing service was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. I was quite pleased with the selection of pipes on hand not to mention the cigars available. Given the current status of the world in a pandemic I truly appreciated the limited exposure to the handling of the cigars. I visit pipes and pleasures frequently. I am impressed with the quality and freshness of their cigars. The customer service is superb and the owner spares no effort to educate and advise on the various brands and accessories related to the cigar products she carries in her store.
Prices are also reasonable and the store carries a wide variety of high quality cigar brands. Also if you are a pipe smoker I guarantee you will have a great experience smoking their tobaccos and using their high quality pipes.

They have been my go to for years for tobacco, pipes, accessories and cigars. Bought a handmade pipe that is my favorite to use. Best selection for high quality pipe tobacco. Friendly customer service and very knowledgeable staff. The best place in central Ohio but far. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

We felt welcome from the moment we walked in. We were asked what we were looking for, we were given lots of options and were informed about cigars we had never tried. We were helped with cigar accessory selections that we needed and genuinely made to feel so welcome as a customer. We will absolutely be back! The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. Highly recommend!

This place is a hidden gem. I stopped in looking for a few sticks and they have a great selection of cigars. They have a nice lounge and events with jazz. The staff is also incredibly friendly. If your in the area and looking for a good stick you definitely stop by!

Spent the afternoon with Rosie learning how to use a recently purchased pipe reamer. Brought two pipes in and I helped her restore them to brand new condition. Thank you Rosie and the staff at Pipes and Pleasures for making me feel right at home!

I love this spot. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been going here for a little over a year now and I have never experienced bad customer service. I strongly recommend Pipes and Pleasures for beginners and veteran connoisseurs alike.

Very knowledgeable staff, the owner is extremely nice and personable. The cigar selection is good; I purchased numerous Balmore cigars from the Rep and smoked two which were in the medium plus range and very good. The lounge is not very big but a good size and the numerous smoke eaters on the walls and the one on the ceiling were effective in preventing the space from becoming to smokey.

Lady in building was very nice and helpful. She was very friendly and quick to help. She was able to help each individual in my group out to their needs. She helped my dude with some custon torch lighters, another friend with collector items, and helped with my cigar selection. I wish more stores were like this.

The staff is amazing and so personable. Their events are well attended and perfect for meeting other cigar enthusiast. Definitely encourage everyone to check them out. Customer Service is Top Notch.

Thee best cigar & pipe shop in the city, hands down. Iris will get you together every visit and greet you with that big beautiful smile of hers. I purchased my first hand carved pipe recently and she continues to help me build my palette and cigar library by introducing me to some of the most amazing cigars. Its been so refreshing to be able to get help from an Aficionada being that cigar smoking is still a male dominated pass time. Every time I walk in, its like going to visit my favorite Auntie or big sister. Whether you are a Newbie or Aficionado/a, if you've never been, you need to go and if you haven't been in a while, you need to get back.
