T.O.T Taste Of Trini

I visited this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon and just had to try the pineapple bowl with salmon dish. As you can see by the pictures the portion was just right. This meal was not only filling but it was seasoned to perfection. I had brown rice on the base with just the right o amount of cheese sprinkled throughout. I like cheese but you can order without cheese. When I reheated the left overs I scooped the filling out and microwaved the filling to my desired temperature and readied the filling to the bowl. Upon completing my meal I realized I could carve into the pineapple itself for a fruit snack. That was a pleasant find! I would recommend this dish because the secrete sauce kicks the flavor up a several notches!!!

I also tried their shrimp and salmon soft tacos. This dish is a must. The rice as a base allows this dish to be filling and tasty. The cinnamon pineapple was to die for. OMG!! I recommend this dish also.

When I say family I'm really saying Tots!!! It is a wonderful and beautiful place.. I love the music food and of course the drinks!!! Big dance floor to show your dancing skills.. clean bathrooms, they even got gaming systems for you gamers out there who like tournaments!! A pool table is there for you pool sharks.. I will definitely be back..

I came in hungry and left happy...the owner himself brought me my authentic Jamaican oxtails and the mixed drink that i had them make for me was mixed right and NOT watered down...highly recommend

Good food, good music, good entertainment and overall good service. It was chilled and laid back no drama just people having a good time.

I came around 730pm on a Saturday, I never knew what the place was because the sign doesn't really say what it is, so when i came in and heard the music and saw the dance floor i was like wow! I went to the bar and asked for the menu and I couldn't believe this was a restaurant/bar/lounge/club this whole time. I ordered the chicken Roti which I haven't had in years and I was great! I will definitely come back during their party time to support!

The food here is AMAZING! They serve one of my Favorite dishes: Roti! I haven't had Roti prepared like this since I was in Alabama where a friend from Trinidad prepared it for me. Same great taste! Give Taste of Trinidad a try! 😁

Really nice establishment. Has a lot of marketing potential for Events and Parties. However, the female staff members need a firm attitude adjustment and some business and professional training would not hurt. #ijs

The food was awesome! The fried chicken was so crispy and made like my mom had something to do with it! I will definitely want there again when I'm in town from Philly.

I’m not going lie that roti taste reaaaaalll good (triniaccent) I was told to come and taste the food here from a co worker cause they know I rep Trini and I just move here from New York ... Thank god y’all ain’t cook ah lazy curry and dry roti . I’m impressed Cause when you go out of town and taste Caribbean food it don’t taste good .. but I’m very Impressed. Me and husband will come again when I don’t feel to cook

It's a casual dinning experience.Maybe more of a bar than a restaurant. I am from Trinidad and am really pleased with how authentic the food is! I was surprised to see calaloo on the menu, and to be honest was a little apprehensive at first, but ended up devouring my meal (which included roti, ox-tail and macoroni pie). I would like to go there a bit more often but it is a tad to expensive to visit frequently. With all being said, this is hands down the best Trinidadian I've had in the US.

I love my whole family is in Florida and I miss my granny's curry and Roti and macaroni pie I'm so happy to see this place... When I say my dad is trini and his side is all from Trinidad they look at me like I'm lying cause I'm so white but it's true I have 32 cousins in Trinidad and can't wait to go next February but I'm glad to have a taste of my home my granny is the best cook and this place is as close to her as possible thank you

Food was really good, nice atmosphere, I enjoyed the music and drinks as well.

It has been an easy side staple since 2016 and the energy is still the same, good food, good drinks and an excellent vibe!
