Went in for a leaking tire and oil change. They were helpful and efficient in every regard, working me into the schedule on minimal notice and getting me out the door and back to work in a reasonable amount of time. Pricing felt entirely fair, and I appreciated the clearly printed invoice.

The mechanic listened to my requests and did a great job to rectify the issues I brought up. Great customer service and attentive care with reasonable pricing. Definitely going back for services in the future.

Absolutely love taking my car here. They are always so efficient, they don’t price gouge me (like most mechanic shops do when you’re a female, and you bring your car in on your own), and everyone there is so nice and friendly! Definitely recommend!

The staff here can't be beat. Knowledgeable and honest. They talk to you like you are a person and not a dollar sign. Prices are below the dealer for better than dealer quality work. I've taken my vehicles to the lowest prices places in town and got sub par results. I absolutely recommend parma car care for all your vehicle needs. Ryan or Fred will take great care of you!
