Rebecca Collins!!!! You are awesome, my stress level was high! Anyone that has sold or brought a home knows it stressful but I was on level maxed out!!! To think I sold a home “ the renter had been in for 7 years” from across the country and I never stepped a foot in Ohio from beginning to end of this transaction.
As I look back you really stepped up beyond normal realtor duties and I’m forever grateful. The house listed August 14 we were in contract by August 16 and actually closed September 17.. I think that’s unheard of, especially to be in Texas trying to sale a house in Ohio. I can tell the world without Rebecca Rhea Collins and Michelle Gossett I wouldn’t made it thank you both you guys are awesome.
To think almost every week I made the statement I’m just going to fly up there for small issues and you both would say “No I can handle it for you” each time. I really thank God for allowing our path to cross years ago.
If anyone is looking to buy or sale a home I would say this “ if you want more than a realtor call Rebecca at E-Merge she won’t fail you”
