The service and care provided by Greenwood was remarkable. The staff was very friendly, and our rep was very professional and sensitive to our needs. On the first visit, he took me for a tour around the memorial grounds and showed how clean and well kept it was. He helped ease our minds through out the whole process. Greenwood memorial staff did a great job with my mom's memorial! Rae was easy to work with and very helpful. She really makes everything easier for the family. Paul Boardman was a great speaker. He filled in at the last minute and did wonderful! We had a good experience with Greenwood memorial.

Our experience with the funeral service exceeded our expectations, providing comfort and solace during a difficult period. We are grateful for the support and care provided by the staff, especially the manager, Rae; making a challenging time more bearable for our family.

Greenwood Memorial did an amazing job with my mom’s funeral process. I especially want to thank Tony for his familiarity with Chinese traditions and practices and Harlie for the peaceful and smooth funeral process.

The directions from Google Maps are spot on. Find this restful cemetery and pay your respects to those who live on in our hearts. The large emerald lawn is home to many sleeping souls. Enormous trees stand guard over grave stones, both the upright headstones and the flat ground stones. The winding pathways for cars to drive to the graves are convenient. Just go slow. Remember that grassy or mossy areas can be muddy or slippery during rainy times. Respect and understanding of those who made their way before us is very strong here.

Greenwood staff is top tier. They were professional, kind, understanding, empathetic and very helpful. I had no idea what to expect but they made sure they explained everything to us step by step. On the day of my mothers service, I knew we were in great hands. They were amazing and a rock for my family throughout everything. Words cannot express how pleased and satisfied my family is with all they did. Whenever we requested anything, they made it possible. My mother’s going away was so special because of them. I had the honor of working with Kimberly and Si and I know the entire team is as wonderful.

Also the grounds are well maintained, I visit it daily and love how well they upkeep it all. It’s very peaceful here and a great place to bury a loved one.

I lost my mother last month and it was a sad and very difficult time for me and my family. Greenwood Memorial was very helpful, they walked me through every detail and were very kind and professional. I worked with John and Rae and they are the kindest and most helpful people that I've met. The whole team as well was very helpful, they were very patient, comforting and answered all my questions, making this difficult time easier. I recommend this place.

Both my parents are buried there. We have always been treated with such respect. I had a Christmas wreath delivered to the Funeral home. They placed it on my parents grave and sent me a photo as I requested. Super super wonderful of them to do that for me. I live in California. They went above and beyond for me, my parents and my family. God bless and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The overall process was easy and efficient. Both John and Anna took the time to carefully explain everything and were always very willing to answer questions and or further explain anything as needed. Anna was great at explaining all the details about the various packages and felt she put our needs and wishes as priority. Greenwood was very professional and also culturally sensitive. They understood and accommodated the intricacies around Chinese culture. It was refreshing that greenwood understood the cultural sensitivities and we did not need to educate Greenwood on our cultural requirements.

They make themselves available if you have any questions or concerns. They will work with you to make sure they are honoring your requests. They did an amazing job for my husband’s visitation and coordinating with our parish for his funeral mass. They also provide 24/7 grief support for the bereaved family. I was very impressed with how the Greenwood team handled my mother's arrangements. They outlined all the possibilities and helped me land on those which provided a beautiful service without trying to upsell us. We just had my dads funeral at Greenwood funeral home. I worked with Tina and John mostly but I found everyone at the Park amazing. Everything turned out better than I had hoped. Everyone that attended commented on how wonderful everything was. I highly recommend this place when you're dealing with the most difficult time of your life.
