Lenny, Joe, Josh and crew have always done great work on our vehicles. We've been customers since moving back to Cleveland in 2013 and they've always been wonderful to work with. The quality of the work they've done has consistently been top notch and, generally speaking, they are timely in getting problems diagnosed and fixed. They are always busy, which speaks to the quality of their work, and sometimes it takes a little longer as a result. The wait is definitely worth it though! Thanks to all of you for always taking good care of us and our vehicles!!!

This is the best car shop my husband and I have ever been to. Lenny and his team do high quality work for reasonable prices and I trust them completely to tell me what I do or don’t need. I’ve never felt pressured into fixing anything or paying more than I’m comfortable with, which I really appreciate. They also will check up with us after our car was in to make sure we’re still doing okay. They do get really busy so making an appointment and dropping your car off seems to work the best to avoid a long wait. This place is wonderful!

We've been going here for more than a decade and I could fill a book with all the great things I have to say about this team. They do great work at a reasonable price and they are just the nicest people you'd ever want to work with. Absolutely trustworthy and top quality professional work.

Needed them to put a tire on my car that was towed there. I instead decided not to because my insurance wouldn’t pay for the tire but they were still willing to help and offer suggestions t didn’t think of.

We were five hours from home with a car leaking oil. I felt helpless and googled "car repair near me." I was able to make an early morning appointment online. When I arrived I explained my situation and within a short time they reassured me my car was safe to drive, cleaned everything, and made sure I had all the supplies and support I needed to continue our spring break trip. They totally saved the day. Would highly recommend.

Great service here! Dropped my car off on Friday night, after close, for an oil change. Turns out it needed a ECV valve replaced (check engine light was on), a tire repaired, and back brakes replaced. They still hadn’t all done in one day, for me to pick up Saturday afternoon. Great service and great pricing!

Went to get an eCheck and I knew I was going to fail... Got a new gas cap but that was not the issue. It was an evac leak. Got home and did a search and found Meineke did the service that I was in need of. I called and they said that they could get me in the next day. I had to work early the next day so I asked if I could bring my vehicle in the night before and pick it up later and the super nice gentleman, Joe, said that would be no problem. I brought it in sooner than later and certainly did not expect to get a text message with an estimate for the work that needed to be done. I called and spoke to Lenny. I asked him if they had looked at my car and he said there was a cancellation and they moved my appointment up. I was excited! They got the work done in a timely fashion, in the same day and well within budget!! I would certainly recommend in the future!!

Super nice staff, they took care of me like I was family. Reasonably priced and I was in and out. If you need repairs on your vehicle, I highly recommend them!

Great place! They listen completely, give fair quotes and don’t pressure you into anything. They will tell you what needs done and be honest if it doesn’t. The waiting room offers drinks as well as a bar style table with plugs to do work on a laptop or charge your phone.
Will continue to recommend to friends.

Thank you to the team at Meineke. I was able to call and get an estimate for brakes, rotor, and caliper replacement. Fast service was able to get the job done the next day and half the price of local dealer.

I connected with Lenny for help to follow up on inspection of damages after I found out that my stolen vehicle was recovered. He assisted me on a phone call and followed up on the information listed on a document that I forwarded to him generated by a dealership. He was willing to waive the inspection fee, provide a duplicate key free of charge, lower the proposed cost from the dealership by $1000, and promise the car would be ready in one week. He and his team members did an A1 job AND fixed the car repairs in less than one week! I highly recommend 11/10!

3:30 Friday afternoon visit to Meineke about my grinding brakes completed at 4:50 with new front rotors and pads installed. Lenny and the crew are what everyone wants in a auto repair shop -- professional and friendly with customer satisfaction as their primary focus

I was having an issue with my 99 Honda CRV and the people at Meineke helped me out greatly. They kept the vehicle overnight and by the next day it was good as new. It hasn’t ran this well in a long time. Great work and great service.

They have fast and efficient service. They took my vehicle in right at my appointment time and completed service promptly. Lenny was great! I will definitely be going back for service in the future.
