Passing through Cleveland and a loud noise was coming from my engine. I called Todd at Transmission Engine Pros, a AAA approved automotive repair shop in Parma, OH. Todd was great and accommodated my needs right away in an out of town pinch. Great American business! Highly recommend. Personable, quick. & efficient.

Very quick and understanding. These guys are the best no problems. Very good communication. The shop is closed on Sunday I needed to grab something out my car while it was at the shop and manager came up on day off to help me out. Really appreciate these guys they’re the best.

I just looked them up online called them they got me in two days. Had it for 5 hours call me and told me it was low on oil due to a cover leak. It's a Hyundai and has no dipstick so you can't tell oil level. They filled it up and said they will order the part and call me in a week or so when it comes in so in the meantime the leak is very slight I can use the car until then. But when I went to pick it up for all the work and that car has undercover plates that need to come off and to fill it you have to remove the air intake housing and shrouds. They would not take a dime and that they would settle up when I come back to have the cover replaced. In today's world who does that , I have been taken by repair shops over the past 50 years and this was the best place I have ever been to. I was told they were good but this was fantastic. The car is my daughter's and she was so happy it was not a bad transmission. I would recommend Todd to anyone. They also do other car repair work not just transmission work.

We had Transmission Engine Pros look at the transmission on our Subaru Outback. Todd was very helpful and suggested we try a few smaller repairs ourselves to see if the problem might not be the transmission, which would be a very costly repair. He was upfront about the cost of a replacement CVT transmission and explained that the high repair cost was due to replacement part costs being very high. In the end, he suggested we not do the repair as he felt the car was not worth the expense. I would recommend Transmission Pros. Honest & friendly service -- and not nickel and diming us for small things. We will keep going back!

We stumbled upon Transmission Engine Pros almost 5 years ago when we had problems with our 2002 Ford Explorer.They informed us that the Transmission had to be rebuilt we were hesitant at first but they informed us that it would be best if we were going to keep the vehicle so we said go ahead they worked with us on price and payment ..so awesome.. here we r 5 years later truck running by far excellent. We encountered a few issues called and went back with our concerns they looked it over and said everything looks good tightened everything up and let us know we were good to go.. as we were picking the truck up our second vehicle died right there and would not move.. they stayed after hours to look over the car and said just leave it we will see why it doesn't go onto gear..ok.. we got the call again everything is fixed it is shifting again..very quick very efficient very friendly.. their prices are good and they are willing to work with you and your budget.. we highly recommend them and see why tripple a has them on their list of businesses and have an a plus rating with the better business bureau thank you all keep up the great work

The owner Todd is very reliable, and this is the only repair shop that does everything with an honest fair price and they never tried to sell me something I did not need

These guys are great, they got to see me a lot faster than most others in the area especially it being around the holidays and them being a Full Service Garage was able to tell me exactly what the problem was that day, honestly will be coming back.

Awesome place upfront on this from the beginning quality parts doesn’t do anything that doesn’t need to be done. Been dealing with them for about a year. I have seven cars and they’ve worked on five of them. Will continue to go there as long as they’ll have me.

I highly recommend transmission engine pros!!! They were able to get me in quick for an appointment and quickly diagnosed the issue. Once we knew what the issue was, Todd was very honest about the safest and most economical way to proceed. I was very impressed by them and will be going there in the future!!

Transmission Engine Pros repaired a thumping in the drivetrain of my Infiniti QX30 for a fraction of what the dealership quoted me (and mis-diagnosed). Todd was very friendly and accommodating. He listened, rolled-up his sleeves, and took a problem-solving approach. Very enthusiastically recommend!

My car died in a cemetery. My usual mechanic was unable to get my car in for 2 weeks. I cannot go without a car like many Americans. I was recommended Todd at Transmission Engine Pros by a friend and he was able to get me in the next day. He was friendly and explained things to me plainly and clearly. All services were fair and pricing was very reasonable. He quoted me a couple of options for one of my car's issues. He was able to get me running safely. I will be using him again in the future to complete my repairs.
