Stopped in last week to buy a Carrera digital slot car starter set. Staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful. Located inside the Green Sales portion of the building, Cincy Slots has a pleasant old school hobby shop atmosphere that adds to the overall customer experience. Highly recommended.

The place to get your Carrera slot cars and track and parts. Including full race sets. If your not sure what part or set is best for you give them a call or email, they are very knowledgeable about Carrera and don't mind helping out . I always get treated well and my orders are shipped fast. So nice to know they are there to help. If you're not a customer already then I suggest giving them a try.

Tried to place an order. CC malfunction. Tried to pull it back up to call, and the order had disappeared.

Not open on the weekends.

My friend ordered $1000 dollars worth of cars from these guys. Never received a tracking number. They lied on when shipping happened. It’s been over 2 weeks now and the package is held up in customs. Because these guys did not send proper documents for customs. Not very professional. And poor customer service. They have lost good paying customers from Canada.
