They do not have anybody there that knows anything about welding. I use to talked to a very helpful customer service lady named Vicky but she is no longer there.

Don’t go here. It’s always an issue or an argument with this place. If you own your own tanks, they will exchange them and then you’ll receive a bill in the mail for “rental tank”. Use Matheson or Airgas instead. They at least know what they are doing.

As a owner operator in which I ran helium loads for these guys, be careful, they will pay when they are ready. We agreed 15 days for payments, they advised checks are in the mail and checks never showed up. In the end they paid once litigation was threatened

Avoid this place at all cost. Shade tree business with revolving policy's. Unsafe lot and horrible customer service. Sad.

They never get the time right for your deliveries.
