Omelet was the best, large portions at a reasonable price. Dinner pizza, burgers, and specials are great at this relaxing local community restaurant. SLIM'S IS A MUST TRY!

Service was great and atmosphere was great. Food was awesome! I love the little town/rural feel when I go in to enjoy food with my family. My family and I love the 8 Oz. Slim Burger,Onion Rings and pepper jack bites. I also love their chili cheese fries!

The staff was great.... Food was pretty good also. Definitely will be back.... Oh, The Onion rings. Were the lightest onion rings I've ever had. They were wonderful.

Gotta recommend this place. Two types of experience in one place: classic bar with high top tables and black upholstered bar chairs in one room, next room is small town diner that serves beer and alcohol in comfy booths and large enough tables for lively conversations. Also has a patio out back for warm weather. Excellent sandwiches, "real" potato French fries, delicious onion rings. Staff knows how to handle customers with grace but a firm hand if needed:-). Go. Enjoy it!

This was my first time at Slim's. Wow, was it great! I had chicken wings, and they were wonderful!

This place has two sides, 1 side is a full service bar area and the 2nd side is a restaurant. Thursday and Friday they have dinner specials that are as good as your Mother made. It's the only restaurant in Spring Valley so if you miss it you need to turn in your driver's license and get off the road
