Wow! Fine line turned a stressful situation, to a very manageable situation. We got into a fender bender. I was hesitant to get this fixed right away because in the past I’ve gone with my insurance companies preferred shops, and waited forever for parts and services. Fine line made the process easy. They communicated with me from the beginning. They turned into the middleman for my car rental, and for the progress on our Buick. We always knew when things were happening and when the car would be completed. The body work done was excellent, can’t even tell it was in an accident. Customer service to the T. Fine line team did an amazing job on my 2018 Chevy equinox after my car accident. It came out better than before, they found more issues underneath the body of the car and took care of it. They set me with a car rental that was a smaller suv in pristine condition. Communication to check in with my car was established immediately the day I dropped my car off with a text only number, response swift and timely.
