Creekside At Taylor Square

I will start by saying I have only lived here a couple months, so I don't know about rent increases and the like, but so far I am loving it. Kacie the leasing consultant has been patient and kind, and Ivey and the maintenance staff have resolved my few tickets quickly. There have been fun activities at the lease office each month with gift card prizes—a charm jar guessing contest and bingo game—and they have better hours than other places I've lived (being open until six on weekdays means if you work a 9-5, you can probably make it—but if you can't, they have Saturday hours too). I love the Amazon locker right behind the office, so I don't have to worry about my packages getting stolen. I do have to agree with some of the negative reviews about one thing—the litter is pretty bad, but we are right next to a large shopping center. So far, I would recommend living here.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance team, (Big Foot, Pa Pa, and the kid) they were able to repair my garage door that wasn’t working. So far my experience with Creekside has been amazing and part of the reason we plan to live here for a long time.

Have loved living here so far. Maintenance shows up timely and finishes the job well. Tika replaced our screen door in just an hour and was super nice.

I met with Kacie and she is absolutely amazing. She was very professional and made me feel at ease. I felt bad because I just walked in without an appointment, but she stopped what she was doing to assist me. Kacie was very knowledgeable about everything down to renters insurance and how to set affordable payments. She made every attempt to make sure my needs was met and to make sure I stayed within my budget. All I can say is Kacie is awesome

I am giving this review as an amazing shout out for a few people, specifically the leasing agent Kacie, and the entire maintenance team, but more specifically Tahuan and maintenance supervisor Ivey. My entire application/ move in process was horrid and I’m so glad to know that the leasing agent who screwed everything up has now been fired. But either way, I am very eased to know that anytime I need to go in office or make a call, that Kacie always has been and always will be so helpful, kind, and patient with every question I may have. She sticks to her word and does everything she can to help you.

As for maintenance, depending on the issue, there not always the fastest w tickets (understandably due to staffing) But I can confidently say that anytime the do come out they are always EXTREMELY helpful and take care of anything that needs to be addressed. They are always kind and respectful. Ivey and Tahuan came out today to fix a leak in my sink and were in an out while making sure the problem was fully resolved so thank you !

Toured Creekside at Taylor Square with Kacie. She was beyond helpful and explained the leasing process in great detail. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel welcomed!

I just want to say that the maintenance supervisor on property is one of the most knowledgeable and professional guys I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. From experience, I can say that it was a privilege working with him and that he cares as much for his techs as well as the residents. Kudos to Monarch for having a guy like Ivey on staff.

I am ONLY giving a 5 star review because of Kacie and the fact that I love my townhome. I have had numerous account problems and have gone into the leasing office every month trying to get said problems fixed since I moved in. Kacie has been nothing but patient with me and understanding and today she finally got my issue fixed, that should have been fixed by the manager months ago. Thank you Kacie!! You rock 🥰 If you need an apartment and come here, Kacie should be your go to leasing agent.

I’ve lived at Creekside for 18 years and I’ve had the most wonderful experiences with Blanca and Sara. They’re always so helpful and knowledgeable. They truly take pride in their property and team. If you’re looking for a forever home definitely come to Creekside! You will love it here. Thank You Ladies

I have recently moved in and on my actual move in day the maintenance supervisor Ivey came to my apartment to make sure all things was taken care of. Which has never happened anywhere I have lived. There was a few small things that needed fixed and by the next day Ivey had someone out fixing it. Overall my experience living at creekside at Taylor square has been very positive

Very happy with the maintenance sup and new guy Joey came right away to see about my oven that’s been put a few times. Happy to say I got a new stove today thanks guys. Keep up the good work

I was dog sitting for a friend when Ivey came and completed a work order. Very friendly, informative, and extremely professional. I was just a visitor for a day to help a friend, if I didn’t own a house, I would 100% rent here just on the professional experience I had with the maintenance manager.

Tika the maintenance man made sure that my bathroom ceiling and fireplace were taking care of real quick.

I had the pleasure of having a tour with Kacie today. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She really took her time and answered all of my questions. I look forward to working with her in the future.

I’ve been a pretty happy resident at Creekside At Taylor Square for over four years. I don’t like to ask for much nor make a huge fuss. I love to cook and bake, so when I found out that my refrigerator was not working properly it broke my heart because I had to literally throw food away. I was able to contact the rental office and was able to Speak to the office manager and within 24 hours the maintenance manager Ivy was able to come to my house and look at the current refrigerator and discovered there were a few things wrong with it. Thrilled to say… the same day… they completely replaced my broken refrigerator! I’m so happy with my new refrigerator. I just wanted to share, how thankful I am to be able to have fresh food. Thank you Ivy and TW for your hard work, professionalism, and for getting the job done all within one day.

Keeping everyone happy is just simply hard to do. With that, I’ll say that I’ve lived here since June of 21’ and although there has been a significant increase in rent cost, it’s hard to beat the amount of space available in the 3 bedroom units.

There could be some things done better but to be fair, that’s subjective and opinionated.

In closing, I’d like to share that the new maintenance supervisor is truly phenomenal and an even better human being. Management as a whole is usually courteous and considering the lack of professionalism from tenants, I’d say that they’re better than I would be.

There is a lot of trash around the dumpster areas but that’s what happens when tenants are too lazy to throw it in the dumpster.

Overall, nice place to live, just do a better job of vetting who lives here.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO RENT!
The maintenance team here is amazing! The understood my concerns and explained the whole process to me. Not only were they fast and efficient they took time to look after my cat and clean their work area. I understand that Ivey and his crew are very busy but the reaction to my emergency was the work of Hero’s! There is a myriad of reason why I’m happy to be a resident here. To all potential renters, THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO LIVE! I love this property ❤

I'd be remiss if I did not take the time to review this incredible property. Kaci, Sara, Blanca and Nicole have been incredibly diligent in their duties during my stay here. You would be hard pressed to find a community that tries as hard as Creekside to keep their residents in a ginchi mood. From the incredible sagacity of the office staff, to the convenient abundance of the resources nearby, you would search in vain find a more pleasant place to live. If you are in the market for a new apartment I highly recommend this neighborhood. Dont be timorous, go check it out, and use this post as abetment!

The property is large and it is clean. I was visiting the property and was impressed with the property. The pool was clean, inviting and refreshing. The apartments are big for the price that they charge and the amenities are really nice as well.
