Penn Station East Coast Subs

The grilled subs are the best part but the fries are seriously underrated. Great food and chill, casual atmosphere

Surprisingly the did was good considering how the place is not clean and the cook that I had was dirty and he kept putting the food close to his dirty apron. He should not have had the food in his hands long enough for that to happen.
And he put a condiment on my beginning sandwich that I did not want, I told him it was a mistake and he put that bread with the wrong condiment up above the grill instead of throwing it away. Mind you, it was around closing hours, So I have to think that he was going to use that bread for another customer the next day...yikes!
That turned me off and I will not be going to that location anytime soon.

Cheesesteak and Italian sandwich were good, plenty of steak and toppings. Drive-thru is a convenient option.

Shout out to the service at the window. The man told me to be careful bc the fries were hot. I guess he knew I was gonna stick my hand in the bag to snag one 😂 Also, my artichoke sub was yummy and the fries were still hot & crispy when I got home. I haven’t been to Penn Station in a while due to the quality of food the last time. I’m glad I tried again.

Usually fast service unless they are extremely busy. They are good about getting your order correct!

I love Penn Station, but last time I was there I got a little turned off. The young man that handed me my order had dirt under his nails like he worked on a car. I've noticed that at a couple of other restaurants lately. I think this society is lacking and not insisting on clean food prep practices.

Picked up my order. Got in my car and drove away. About to pull out onto the main road and here comes a young man running, to tell me I forgot one of my sandwiches. Crisis averted!

The food here is absolutely amazing. I'd say about one out of every two times the person that takes my order is semi-rude and definitely not excited that I'm even there ordering food. The food is so good though I go anyway lol

We doordash from here frequently and have gone in once or twice. I've never had a bad sandwich from Penn Station.

I love this place. I have never had a bad time going in and eating. I usually only get the philly cheese steak sandwich since they got rid of there tuna.
We get sandwiches about 2-3x a month but now it is take out.

Wife and I stopped there for a light meal. The grill guy was quick to take our order and it was served promptly. Quality is far better than those other guys, JJ and SW.

I love this place. Their sandwiches always come out delightfully cold and fresh tasting. The picles are fabulous. This one rarely has day old bread, but if you can find it, it's a bargain and makes wonderful grill cheese sandwiches at home.

Our favorite spot for subs. Good selection, fresh ingredients, generous serving sizes, including great fries. Friendly, efficient staff. Well maintained and always clean. Not much more to ask for in a quick, casual place to eat.

I really love this Penn station! Their french fries are the bomb - so if you love fries and you happen to be here get them. You won't regret it. I always get the chicken teriyaki and its amazing. My food is always hot and fresh. The employees are so nice and quick. The place us always clean and comfortable.

Great subs and fries. Usually order to go and I'm always gone within 10 minutes at the most. Subs are the best I've ever had at a chain store. And this particular location has a great staff, who are always friendly and professional. Best food for $10.

The day shift at Penn Station on Wilmington Pike is wonderful! Food is always delicious and on point. I like my bacon crispy and this is the only store who can do it right! The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean! There's a manager there that has been there at least 5 years since we've been going there, and he's awesome! Remembers us and always makes a point to speak to us. And he knows how to cook the bacon lol! Very friendly girl cook today also. She was very nice to us! Keep up the good work guys!!

I've been to this Penn Station a couple of times: once with a dine in order, and another to buy some chocolate chip cookies. When I dined in, I was tended to right away and received exceptional service. I forgot which sandwich I ordered exactly, but I do remember enjoying my meal to the fullest. My second visit was most recent. I was craving their delectable cookies and bought some. The employees I interacted with were friendly. If you're in the area and in the mood for a good sandwich meal, visit Penn Station!

Great service... I love Penn Station but was recently diagnosed with a gluten allergy, I asked if they could accommodate a gluten allergy the gentleman who helped us was really helpful and said yes we can do it with no bun. He even clean the grill for me and made sure he was the one that brought the food out so it wouldn't get cross-contaminated. Thank you so much, I will definitely be coming back.

Service was very friendly and efficient. Subs were tasty. Great portion size on our medium fries too.
