I'm a current tenant, and this company is awesome! They answer to service calls very quickly. I feel like what makes renting from this company the best is the office lady that takes care of everything, Char. She is always friendly and accomodating to us. I sometimes think she sees us as her "kids", since most of us around here are college-age students...and so she does her best to take care of us. Highly recommended.

I am not sure if I am the only one that had some issues with MP but I had some issues that I would like to at least bring to attention to anyone that is thinking of getting a apartment under MP. First off for over a year MP promised to replace the stairway/catwalk to the upper apartment for for over a year while they promised to replace it the Fall of 2018 they didn't do that until August of 2019. Normally that would be a deal but it was so rustic through that it was unsafe and a danger to everyone that goes up and down. Secondly they had the problem of misplacing the checks I sent in monthly to the point the were charging me late fee beside sending it in on time. And lastly, they never took care of the sink in my kitchen and so the garage disposal was never fix. And you never get your full deposit back because they do charge you for cleaning the carpet not matter how clean you make it.
