Hampton Inn and Suites Seattle/Renton

I stayed at this hotel a few years and had a good experience.

The hotel has a nice welcoming atmosphere, staff are friendly and helpful and check in is easy.

The room is spacious, very clean, with a King Size Bed, a decent quality sofa bed, separate desk space and a small kitchen area.
Depending on the room you book, the kitchen area has a worktop, small sink, fridge, microwave and a coffee maker.

The bathroom is clean, Toilet and shower cubicle are together, bathroom sink and closet are separate with premium bathroom toiletries,

We were on the top floor so we had a balcony with a nice view of Lake Washington and the street below. The location is situated on Lake Washington Road, close to the shopping area, 405 highway and other activities.

The breakfast is very nice with the usual selection of food you would expect with some extras. The seating environment is good with outdoor seating in nice weather.

Overall this was better than what I expected and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone whether it’s a short or long stay.

Beautiful, understated decor. Across from Lake Washington and Coulon Park. Very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. Indoor swimming pool, exercise room with new equipment/machines, laundry room, business center, parking. Wonderful things for your stay. Looking forward to next time. 💜

Weird setup as far as the whole parking garage thing but that's whatever. Good view overall from my room . Pretty decent area considering what's around for food and shopping etc . I'm just here for work so I can't really say to much on that part . Overall a solid hotel . Haven't really needed anything as far as service goes but check in was smooth ? So yea go here if you need to stay in Renton or if you can afford it go to the Hyatt regency of Course haha 😅.

Stayed at this location bout a month ago and love every bit of it the person at check in at night think the name was Theo was awesome also the assistant manager rooms was clean and comfy I will be back soon.

Getting long in the tooth but they're doing great with what they are working with. Actual customer service, super responsive and people that seem to be enjoying their jobs. Great security with gated parking. Good coffee in the lobby pretty much 24/7. The non premium (free) wifi is tolerable. Who charges for premium wifi anymore? (Talking to you Hilton...) Parking is not free (like Google is saying) but reasonable. They could use a refresh but again, doing well with what they have.

Nice clean rooms, many breakfast options, pool, and rooftop patio kept clean and well-appointed. Great location, walkable to Lake Washington's beach & public boat launch. A slightly longer walk, but still very doable, to the shopping center nearby with many dining options.

Overall, my family's 3 day stay at this hotel was good. Very clean rooms and nice facilities, also offers great amenities for guest.
Beds are comfortable and has good size bathrooms. They also offer good variety for their complimentary breakfast. Gym room is a bit tiny and can use more modern equipments. Pool area is clean but lacks the hot tub. Great walking distance from Lake Washington, Ivars and Coulon memorial beach park nearby.

Beautiful location. Easy Lyft from SeaTac. Every member of the staff were delightful. The room was very comfortable. Easy walk to the park and beautiful 5th floor terrace.

We had a handicapped room with a king sized bed. Everything was fine and comfy except the bed was a bit too firm for me (my husband slept well). The room was quiet. We had a free breakfast with lots of variety. The hotel is near many restaurants, Boeing, and a fitness center. Overall, a great stay!

This is a lovely hotel. We needed a big space to meet with family members in Renton so I reserved a suite. It was beautiful with a nice view of Lake Washington and downtown. My only complaint has nothing to do with the Hampton Inn, the problem is the waterfront does not allow dogs, even on leash! So, we had to find nearby hiking trails to walk the dogs.

I've stayed here a few times and I love it. Great rooftop patio with a view of Lake Washington. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Great breakfast. A little more pricey than the Best Western nearby, but definitely way more worth the extra cost. The only drawback is the parking garage. It can be difficult to park larger vehicles. They are pet friendly but you're limited as to where you can walk your pet (the park across the street doesn't allow dogs), but there's a great dog park less than 2 miles away.

The staff is kind and helpful! The housekeeping in our floor, she was wonderful! We had a beautiful view of Lake Washington. The breakfast was a warm breakfast each day! There are train tracks in front, but after a 7 day stay, we only heard them one day and it was in the middle of the day. If you are sensitive to light, the 5th floor on the front with balconies has a bright LED beam across it. It leaks through the black out curtains slightly which can inhibit good sleep. There is a wonderful park just across the street with playgrounds and tennis courts and of course a nice walk along the lake. Enjoy your stay!

The parking garage cost $5/day was cool, you have to use room Card key to get access entry. I would recommend added signs, to help guide drivers on how to enter parking garage also ask the customers to wait for security gate to close completely. The front desk clerk was very thorough with instructions. The genius that had the thoughtfulness to add very comfortable rug at check in area gets great compliment. Great attention to details. The bed linens was very soft and high quality, also the mattress was very relaxing.

This hotel on lake washington is in a good location and has very nice rooms. There is a "dresser" however it is 3 racks that pull out from under where the t.v. was. It works nicely. The fan in the bathroom is loud and constant but closing the bathroom door works to shut it out completely. Just check it our for yourself it's pretty nice.

Lovely hotel. Breakfast that is included was awesome. Tons of cold and hot items to chose from. Friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms were clean and well maintained. Do wish the indoor pool was open though. Highly would recommend

The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious...the staff is nothing short of superb and will accommodate any request within reason! Amazing hotel for the location. It’s not the best neighborhood but it’s getting better. 2 miles away there is the best stake house in Seattle. Not gonna tell the name but you’ll find it. Amazing waterfront access with quick walk. Stayed here for a canna conference at Renton pavilion. Easy commute. Walked once. 40 min.

Love room layout. Feels so spacious. And service is friendly but laid back. Gym is awesome. Will stay here again.

I'm a Hilton Diamond, and this was probably the best stay I've had in a while! I surprised my husband for our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond for us! They upgraded us to a beautiful suite overlooking the water, we stayed out on the balcony for hours...! We also had a card and treats in our room with a towel made into a swan on our bed!!!!! Breakfast was fantastic ! Just everything was spectacular....thank you to such an amazing staff for everything you did to make our night so great!

This place is awesome! The staff is really nice and very helpful. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The parking deck is a bit tight for anything other than compact car, which can be tricky. The breakfast is standard for Hamptons, which is sufficient, but not fancy.

One of the best hotels you could stay at in Renton. Fantastic location close to amenities and just a grand experience. Will be staying here every time I come to town! Thank you guys!!
