From the front office staff to the doctors themselves, it feels like they are actually listening and not responding to invisible pressures from insurance companies and higher ups to make appointments short. It is refreshing to feel like someone is listening. The whole operation feels less robotic and cold. Keep in mind that because they are actually listening, sometimes appointments take a bit longer, and sometimes this means you might wait a bit - worth the wait. The process (but not the expertise) feels more like what a doctor's office used to be like 20 years ago, and I like that.

Dr. Schottinger is the best, Lucy is wonderful. Dr. Shelly needs to work on her bedside manner. But I do highly recommend them.

Dr.Ted has been awesome the whole 14 years that i have been seeing him. Occasionally i have had to see Dr. Stanforth if Dr.Ted was not available but she has been equally as good. Get to know the staff before you pass judgment.. it is a busy practice but the staff has always been nothing other than helpful.

Dr. Shelley was there for my family in our time of need during a very hard medical struggle I don’t know how We would have made it without them. They are also very caring and try their best to help as much as They can and Have always been there for my family. We also love Genny she is top-of-the-line nurse always been there when we need her snd very caring awesome nurse. Thank you.

My family and I have been patients at MFP for about 2 years. We moved from a family doctor that was always running behind, and we had to wait for hours every time we needed to see the doctor. MFP was a breath of fresh air!!! I have never had to wait any longer than 5 minutes to be taken to an exam room and from there, never waited more than 10 minutes for a doctor. The doctors are incredibly nice and caring! They use common sense to treat their patients, and really listen to your concerns. They are flexible with treatment plans and truly meet patients where they are. The office has convenient hours and the nurses and office staff are kind and patient when scheduling/signing in/etc.. Our favorite provider is Becca Moates, a nurse practitioner, who is AMAZING!!! She is one of the most genuinely kind people I've ever met, and I always feel like she is treating me the same way she would her own family! Thanks to everyone at MFP and we will continue to be patients for many years!!!!

Doctor Shelley and Ted are amazing doctors, I am blessed to have Dr. Shelley care for me and my family, not only is she and Ted our doctors…they are also our friends! Rhonda is an amazing nurse and so is Jenny! We love them too! Hats off to this team of amazing folks!

I have had Rebecca Moats take care of me for years. I totally trust her and the great doctors she works with. She simply cares, listens, and does not judge. I am a lifetime patient for sure.

Great doctors. While the wait is sometimes longer than desired, they always treat patients well, and make sure that you are taken care of. The doctors and nurses always want to give you the best care possible.

Everyone there is super friendly. Rebecca Moates takes her time with you and listens to everything, she’s great. I haven’t been to a doctor for over 15 years and this is where I will go from now on. My wife is going to switch over to here also after I told her how great Rebecca and everyone was.

Great office, great staff. They will work with you to get you in quickly if a problem arises, even midday. In office lab that they can run some rapid tests and can also send out labs.

Drs. Schoettinger & Dr. Stanforth have taken care of my family members (kids, parents & grandparents, included) for over 15 years. Excellent & trusted providers for all ages! Highly recommend!!!

Never have to wait more than 10 minutes on seeing the doctor. Very prompt and mindful of your time. Great at listening which is how dialogue starts!
