UH Parma Outpatient Center at MAC4 – Radiology Services

Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The staff was nice and very helpful. The waiting room was clean and spacious. Overall good visit the phlebotomist barely prick me at all and got everything they needed quickly.

Had a CT Scan done. Everyone was very nice & helpful.

Run around to schedule an appointment that was ordered. I finally get through and I’m cancelled on. UH Parma in general will give you 15min of their time, but not until you’ve given insurance and paid your estimated balance. Once you’ve paid, they’re done with you. I have a torn UCL and was treated like an annoyance coming in, getting x-rays then MRI and then being recommended therapy. Go somewhere else for your issues. $3k plus later and I’m still annoyance to them. YouTube will give you better help…

Maybe they are short staffed but they only had one lab bay open and it took 90 minutes for a blood drawl. They also ran out of seating. Bring a book.

I'm currently in the waiting are to get my labs drawn and there is a rude woman at the front desk smacking on gum with her mouth open. She has been continually rude with people as they come in. Its 10:48am currently. Definitely needs to retire or find a profession she enjoys. I feel sorry for the people who have to encounter this woman. Parma hospital please hire people who care and treat our elderly community with respect.

Incompetent, rude, unprofessional from the registry to the blood draw. Not up to UH standards at all. It’s an old country lab with UH branding. The lady at the registry was not able to comprehend the need for a time sensitive blood draw, said that they do it all the time and basically told me to sit back down. A lab representative that just called me even admitted that this was a mistake. Instead of catching an attitude try to grasp the subject matter at hand, would be my advice to her. Would give 0 as well if I could. Ridiculous behavior and terrible client experience.

I would give zero if i could. I came to the radiology and had impression that I enter bucher shop. First I had to take number and wait to be colled by alien voice and stepped into cubicle and speak with totally unprofessional person who was yawning all the time, couldn’t find my info.... than I was colled after 32 min in and “lady” technician was unpleasant without a word was pulling me left right up down. The thing is I have whole different experiences when this hospital was Parma General, caring and compassionate stuff.... but now this is not it. Never will go back again.
