I’ve had my company account with Verizon for over 10 years and Bill Dyer is my guy. I live an hour away from his store, but I won’t do business with anyone else. The University Circle Verizon customer service is second to none. Thank you for always going above and beyond for me and my family! Go see Bill and Tori, you won’t regret it.

My neighbors n I stopped at Verizon Uptown… Ray came over to assist n with us being on other side of 70, we needed his help. He was Cordial, knew what to do n was able to help with the problem.

I received excellent service from Tory and Randall when my partner's mobile phone died unexpectedly. Tory provided useful information so I could choose an appropriate replacement and spend a great deal of time patiently walking me through transferring from the old phone to the new one. The experience was entirely positive and enjoyable!

Big shout out to Randall and the rest of the team. Randall transferred all of my info from one phone to another phone I had. No new purchase, just excellent customer care with an existing client. Much appreciated and earned my loyalty.

I had a bill problem that no one could resolve, no Verizon employee in the many counties on the phone and in person. There was only one employee on the planet that could resolve my issue and that was Tori and helpful gang at this University Circle location.

I have been with Verizon literally as long as I have had a cell phone, for good reason. Service has always been excellent. Today, Tori was specifically excellent, as have several other employees at this one location. She was efficient, kind, and went above and beyond for me.

I originally went into this Verizon just for a phone case and i was approached by a women named tori who I have got to say made my experience amazing. I wasn’t expecting to get into any type of details about my phones current carrier versus Verizon but we so happened to talk about my current service and she provided me with so much information and value about how I could easily switch to Verizon when ever I wanted to. She didn’t seem pushy at all and made me feel so comfortable. She had an amazing smile and bright personality and I have got to say I’ve never had an experience like this in any kind of phone store. 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you so much tori!! Once I talk to my parents about it, I plan to go right back to her as soon as I can. Thank you again!

Finally a corporate Verizon Wireless in inner-city Cleveland! These guys were great and I didn't have to wait to be serviced with my phone. No wait times! Also, they have FREE parking in the parking lot located behind them! Uptown West Parking Garage!

Saturday morning and I was the only customer. Very nice staff and they answered all my questions. No complaints.
