Went in this morning with the voltage meter showing low. Sure enough it was the 2 batteries (yep, my diesel takes 2). I'd never been to the Advance Auto on Wilmington but it will be the ONLY place I go from now on.

Joe installed two new batteries for me, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Another associate had to do a parts run so Joe was also running the store and he was helpful and courteous to everyone that entered.

It is so hard to find excellent employees and Advance has a great one in Joe. I'll also be calling their store manager later today to make sure they know the type of person they have in him.

Josh has repeatedly helped me with my purchases at this Advance Auto Parts location store #6999. I will continue to buy all of my parts from this location because the extra mile Josh will go to keep the customer happy. Today, Josh was ending his work shift and helped me carry several heavy parts I had just purchased out to the car without me even asking! Excellent service!

Wonderful customer service. Took my battery in for my 79 Bus. They ran a test to see if it was still good. After receiving the sort of good news that the battery was okay, they helped me troubleshoot what else might be wrong. If I can get the bus started, I'll run it up there for a system check. Friendliest staff around!

Went in for a front light that had gone out in my car and the employee went and found it for me in the store and put it in for us as well. Super pleasant experience.

Always get my parts from them most of the time order online for in-store pickup they get the correct parts I ordered quickly and it's a painless pickup. Worth going inside sometimes also crazy clearance prices every now and again

The lady was very helpful to test my alternator and battery. I actually got there 2 minutes early and they were open.
