Memmer's Water Tech Inc

We've used Memmers for the 10 years that weve owned our country home that uses a pond for drinking water. Memmers has been a professional and punctual resource to service and repair our water system from day one. This past weekend one our holding tanks began to leak badly. We feared that we would be without water in our house for days. Not only did Memmers have new tanks in stock they switched out old with new the day I called them. We are lucky to have Memmers in the area and as a trusted company to do business with.

If you can get them to come, they do good service; however we have called 2x in the last 2 weeks (talked to a real person who made out a work order) and they have not called back to schedule an appointment. I hate to bad mouth a business but this isn't the first time that it has happened with them. We will not be calling again.

I recently had Larry come out to give us a quote for a softener, peroxide and salt machine. Our house burned down so we were required to replace those items (out of our own pocket) when the new house was built. Larry came over, advised my husband and I to get a shed outside of the house to install the tanks since we didn’t have enough room in our laundry room anymore. Not only did we pour the patio for the shed to sit on, but we also purchased the shed and had it hauled in. (I also sent Larry an email to confirm that the shed we purchased would be appropriate and he replied back saying “yes”). After a few weeks of trying to get ahold of him he finally had a worker come out to install the system. After this worker was cussing while all my children were home and able to hear, he called Larry to say he can’t install the systems in the shed Larry told us would be okay. We had already spent hundreds of dollars to prepare for this installment all for nothing. This company is a complete joke and honestly the customer service is extremely poor! The lack of communication and willingness to come and inspect everything and give ALL the details is ridiculous. The worse part is that Larry stated he knew which system I previously had (as he should since this company is the one who installed it) but than the day of installation he tried to say he didn’t realize I didn’t the softener system EVEN THOUGH I told him all the tanks we previously had. I do not advise anyone going here for services.

I had attempted to get an apt when I got my house for a system inspection and PM. They gave me a 3 day period on when they would be out, like I'm supposed to sit around my house and wait on them to show up whenever. Told them I need at least a 2-4 hour window for future apts and they told me they can't do that?... So poor customer service is one issue, and I wasn't impressed when the tech showed up. He gave a 10 sec look over the system and gave me a thumbs up like that was gonna satisfy my $85 fee. Never checked my pressure tank bladder, system pressure switch, never filled my alum or chlorine and couldn't give me dates when they last changed my filters from the previous owner. Im pretty comfortable when it comes to home mechanics but I like to get professional opinions still and this company didn't impress me in any department. Ill be finding a different company for future service.
