I was happy to receive help from Zak K. at this Delaware location. I was frustrated by spending multiple hours on the phone with Verizon being transferred multiple times. My time is valuable. Zak was friendly, patient, professional, calm, knowledgeable, caring and competent. He treated those around him with respect as well as those on the phone from Verizon. He was able to complete multiple transactions for me and I headed back to the store once again after running into complications via phone with Verizon. It took some time, but Zak was dedicated to the customer experience and accomplished what I needed.

I am not a person to write reviews but feel the service I received deserves to be acknowledged. It was also appreciated that the busy store was clean and the other staff members were all very friendly as well.

If you have a business account, come to this location. Aaron is excellent to deal with.

I just left here I was a little confused over an online situation, I dealt with a Representative Matt who gave excellent customer service he explained everything calmly and had phenomenal patience I was slightly agitated due to the situation but he was amazing

The staff was super nice!! I’m glad it wasn’t just “business, business, business” all the time and we actually talked to the person which lead to us buying more things than we expected to. Our employee was Rachael :) she was lovely and we were talking about making soup. Uh yea, pretty cool place.

I have been to several stores in the area and every single one of them messes something up every single time, except for this store. Their customer service is excellent and whenever one of the other stores messes something up I go to this one to have it fixed. I even used the people in this store to help my mom and dad switch from Sprint to Verizon and my brother-in-law switch from AT&T to Verizon all with no issues whatsoever.

Long story short, this is the only Verizon store I trust anymore.

I had problems with Verizon in the past and wasn't planning on switching providers. After discussing my girlfriend's accounts Amanda Knapp took time to talk to me about old problems I had, what I needed In a phone, and things I was missing out on. I ended up getting a new phone and plan! Amanda was awesome! You just don't get that kinda personal help or concern now a days. Completely changed my views and opinion of Version! If you visit this location definitely ask for her!

I had a great experience when I went there to get a SIM card for a new phone that I had purchased online(Verizon didn't sell the model I wanted). I went in the store and was quickly helped by a very friendly sales person.

Picked up a green s22 today, upgraded an existing line. Process was quick and easy, Zach was very helpful and walked me through everything.

Been here three or four times and the staff is helpful and give me the best deal. I’ve been to other places and haven’t had great service. Will drive 30 mins to use this store instead of the ones in my area

Dan was GREAT! Super helpful, not pushy but ready to answer any question that we had about service or phones. We just came in the add a line and buy a Sim card.

Best Verizon store in the area. I use to go to the Polaris location but the wait there was always long. The management and staff at this store just get it. A+ customer service from the moment we walked in. We will always use this store going forward.

We had a very nice young man named Travis here in Delaware,Oh. We are elderly and know little about technology. He answered all questions and was very respectful.

Overall it was a great experience! I had the pleasure of working with a Representative named James. He was fantastic to work with.

Went in got taken care of in a timely manner friendly service not pushy like other stores I've been to didn't try to get me to buy a phone I didn't want like the store west of here this will be my go to store thanks guys

This is a nice retail store for Verizon everyone was really nice they meet and greet you at the door ready and willing to help they're very informative so please check it out it's off of 36 37 and those guys are great have a good day

Always able to help or they send me to the place that can like my screen protector they could not it to stay on my phone. They was able to send me to the shop that could do it

I always have a good experience when I go to this Verizon store. They're very helpful, knowledgeable, and aren't as pushy as other stores I've been in.
