Dean was outstanding, he went out of his way to try and not only give me the best deal he possibly could he also explained everything in great detail and made sure that we understood everything before we left! I was really impressed with his extensive knowledge of the phones and the companies promotions and policies. DEAN was unbelievably knowledgeable & helpful! I’ve been a Cricket Wireless customer for over two years & I’ve never experienced better customer service than today with Dean. He helped me completely set up my new phone from scratch & also installed my screen protector for me. He was also kind & caring to the other customers in the store while he was taking of me simultaneously, the guy deserves a raise! I’ll most definitely be back to this location from here on out! My husband and I recently purchased a new phone from this location, and the service was great. Dean went out of his way to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. He helped us with the setup of the new phone, and gave us tips to get the best performance out of our new phone.

The lady was very personable. Found what I needed. (A type C to type C) which is surprisingly hard to find in decent quality. Didn't catch her name but I would say they do a good job.

My cricket sales rep was Dean at the Pearlbrook Plaza. Although he may seem very talkative and helpful he prefers to spend his time at cricket alone with no other employees. Why? Because he is so good at what he does, he doesn’t need backup. There is no plan B when Dean is on the clock. He was fun to talk to, very helpful and quick. I’d recommend going to cricket and seeing Dean for anything you need cellphone wise. Great customer service. He should get a raise ;) Thanks Dean!

Dean was fabulous! It was my first time ever getting my own plan and he made my transition from my parents plan to my own, painless and easy! He made sure they had the phone I wanted and was patient with answering all of my questions. If I need anything, I will be coming back to this location.

Lost my phone so I headed over to Cricket. Alex helped me the last time and again, he just gets things done in a minimum amount of time. I have friends who have Verizon and that sounds like a nightmare. Cricket is reliable, inexpensive and the customer service is outstanding. Go see Alex--he knows it all.

I just switched over from T-Mobile and Cricket has great coverage. I'm also saving a ton of money. Dean was wonderful I'm switching my whole family over to Cricket next week when Dean's back at the store. I'm only gonna deal with him. He takes his time to set everything up and makes sure everythins perfect!!
