I am a T-Mobile gateway (internet) customer, and I was having some issues. I spent 2 and a half hours in the chat, and on the phone, in the middle of the night, with T-Mobile and by the end I had gotten nowhere. I had to go in store to get everything worked out and Karie was there. She was amazing! She was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and she helped me solve my problem, along with Erica from support. Highly recommend going in and seeing Karie!
P.S. The problem I was having was my fault, not T-Mobile.
