The Sunshine Cave in Lava Beds National Monument is a great shorter cave to explore. It is very scenic with multiple skylights in the cave to allow in natural sunlight.

Sunshine Cave is great. It's a pretty short one and there's a lot of areas you need to duck around but the cave is beautiful. The spots that the sun shines in give it a surreal feeling. The ground is a bit uneven and there's one spot near the end that is pretty slick but if you go slow it's not too bad. I would definitely put it on the list of caves to go to at Lava Beds National Moment.
