Ezell's Famous Chicken

Old African-American with worst attitude and customer service ever. I walked in and ordered didn't realize the combos didn't come with sides he not only told me that I had to tell him he's not a mind reader. But he was extremely rude throughout the transaction. On top of him being extremely rude I get around the corner and park just to eat my food I was exhausted for the day. Just to come to find out the food was cold. All of it. It wasn't under the red light because they were about to close. I will never be back in shame on that guy for being so rude. Time for him to retire.

Liz and Johnathan have great customer service skills and are really nice but the mexican ladies working in the back have terrible attitudes. Somebody needs to check them and tell them to stop talking about customers in spanish and staring because it’s weird.

I ordered Ezell's through doordash. We ordered the spicy chicken tenders. Along with a few extra items. My kids kept saying this is the best chicken they've ever eaten. They are very harsh critics too! Definitely coming here again.

This was our first time checking Ezelle's Famous Chicken out. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and not oily. A lot of people were saying it wasn't very flavorful. Maybe the spicy version is seasoned more? I got a breast and thigh and they were awesome. I liked the chicken a lot! We got some buns which were absolutely delicious and buffalo tenders. The restaurant is really cozy and clean. So happy we stumbled across Ezells. I am totally going back again.

The food was UHMAZIMG‼ Lewis the owner personally came out and talked to me and we took. Picture together and all! He was SO NICE! The entire staff is AWESOME! Ms Sharon was also very very nice! They even gave me a birthday treat! Highly recommended going if you are visiting or live in the area! I'm visiting from the south and can't wait to go back for more!!!

Quality! That’s all I can say. I’m not local but I’m a foodie who likes trying the local staples.

To be considered fast food, everything was great. I got the 2-piece lunch special. The spicy chicken actually had a nice little kick but wasn’t overpowering with nice,crispy skin. The beans were tasty too; reminded me of beans from a family BBQ.

I didn’t get to eat my food until about 45 minutes later but my sides were still warm and the chicken didn’t turn cold or get soggy. The roll wasn’t a favorite of mine; too dense. But that might have been because I didn’t eat it while still warm. The flavor was good though and I could immediately tell that it was a sweet bread.

Now I wish that there was an Ezell’s in the Carolinas. Will definitely be back anytime I’m in the area.

This Ezell's is good. They are not all the same. I go here for lunch about 3 times per week. All my coworkers go also. It's a little pricey, but it is worth it. Everything is good except the potato salad, but my potato salad is hella good, Soni might be baises

I dont know what part the gizzards is but when it's fried and spicy from Ezells..it's good.

Always a place to go when people visit, this place is a staple of my food outings. Usually go home w an extra 3-6 rolls!!

First I'll start with this, there's no pork bacon in the seafood chowder. That's a plus! It's extra thick and seasoned but not salty. The fish were a big hit at our table. They give big portions too!

Friends recommended this place months ago, and I finally got around to trying it. We tried dark meat chicken pieces (spicy), chicken tenders (spicy), mac & cheese, slaw, and rolls. We were taking it to go and had hot sauce at home, so we chose the blue cheese dipping sauce. Everything was so good! We went around 3:30pm so it wasn't busy at all. The cashier was friendly. Will be back soon!

I love Ezell’s. Their chicken is very nice and juicy, and the bread is absolutely delicious!! I’m not sure what they put inside but it is out of this world. Fair price for good food, and Evan gives good customer service.

Came back to add more to the 5 stars. Hubby and I grew up in Savannah, GA, so we're big on authentic southern fried chicken. We don't go anywhere else for our tenders and Cajun fries. The one pound meal is perfect for 2 people.
