La Fogata Mexican Restaurant

I enjoy eating at this restaurant because the food is always delicious and fresh. The waitress is always kind and accommodating.
The restaurant and menus are clean (this is important to note).

This place has everything you're looking for in a Mexican restaurant. The salsa is better than any other place I can remember. The service was exceptionally fast and friendly considering how busy it was. The portions were HUGE and the food was tasty. The best part! They saved me the trouble of calling in when I realized I made a math error on the merchant copy of the receipt...they still charged the correct amount!

Food is great service is friendly and prices are reasonable. Get a nice quality of food for the price. If you happen to have an issue they take care of you right away.

Always enjoy going to lunch here.

Good service, Great food what more could I ask for? the rice and beans are top notch and the chips and salsa served FREE at the beginning were amazing. I recommend this for anyone looking for some Mexican food.

Tortilla soup was excellent. The whole family loved it. It’s the new go to. Chicken Quesadilla was also excellent. Everything was fresh.

I would go again though for I had a nice time they had Great lunch specials and it was relaxing atmosphere.

I joined a group of people that had already ordered went up to the server she gave me the menu helped me find the lunch specials and let me order right of way so my food would come out about the same time as everyone else.

To my surprise she served me my drink right away and my plate was the first to come out.

One of the orders which came out to our group was wrong once I brought it to the servers attention she had no issue fixing it my friend thought it would take to long to all of our surprise her order came out quickly and the error was fixed and she was very happy about that.

This is my 3rd time here and compared another Mexican restaurant in Covington this one is on Top much better Prices, Portions, food taste Great and you always get the friendliest service here. Thank you!

Best seafood chimichanga ever. Had it twice in 2 days. I don’t care for the ground beef seasoning or texture I had in a taco salad. Looking forward to trying chili rellano. Got one on the counter hoping to christen it my fave too. We’ll see. I’m picky. Just ask my friends.

We came here for the first time on cinco de mayo and not only was the wait only 20-25 minutes but the service and food was exceptionally good, especially considering it’s likely the busiest day of the year for them, so I can’t imagine what a “normal” evening here is like. The warm chips and (slightly) spicy homemade salsa coupled with truly authentic and inexpensive meals are in the running for top 3 Mexican meals of all time! A hidden gem.

Amazing! The food is delicious, but the staff! They are the real MVP’S. They are the perfect example of how a restaurant should be ran. Everyone on the waitressing staff working together to make sure all of your needs are taking care of. They are all so extremely sweet and for everything we asked for with a full restaurant, at least a table of 20, and all on a Friday night. We will be back very soon and so should you 😀

This was my first time to La Fogata. It was amazing. The tamale enchiladas was awesome. The service was the best.

Their dish Mexican Grill is super good with steak shrimp and chicken bell peppers onions and more with a delicious sauce not typical so good I've gotten it multiple times👍👍👍❤🔥

I’m from Southern California. Born and raised there. I know what good Mexican food should taste like. I’ve been in Washington for 15 years now and have tried many Mexican restaurants and they were all just OK or horrible. Then, I found this place 4 years ago when I moved into the area and I am just so happy to have finally found a very good Mexican restaurant. The staff is always friendly, fast, and consistent. The food is always fresh, hot, and consistent. The prices are competitive, however I have found their prices are slightly cheaper on certain items than their not so good competitors. I LOVE their salsa! Their beans, and seafood enchiladas are just to die for! I am so happy they have survived the lockdown and I definitely enjoy supporting this small business.

Phenomenal service, very clean and quiet. Food is fabulous both dine in and we frequently order door dash and have never been disappointed.

great people who work here. My son ordered milk and they were out. The waitress sent someone to the store to buy milk so my son could have what he ordered. That was above and beyond and it was much appreciated. The food was tasty as well.

Whenever we got it's never very crowded, so the seating is usually very good and service is quick. The food is good. I always get the enchiladas en mole, and am never disappointed. Margaritas are great too!

Oh how I miss this place! I grew up in Maple Valley and my family were regular patrons of this restaurant - partly because of how much I loved it! Since moving out of state (8 years ago) I’ve yet to find a Mexican restaurant I love as much as this one. It’s a must visit whenever I’m back in the area. The staff is super friendly and the decor is still as it was in the early 00’s. The nostalgia!!

As someone who is picky about Mexican food, I love it here! The steak tacos are great, and the pork carnitas had a lot of flavor and was really juicy. Service was good as well! Very nice and helpful

Very good food for a decent price. I'm particularly fond of the Chipotle Chicken, but my wife is an avid fan of their fajitas. Lots of good stuff, though--along with good drinks--so you can't go wrong.

UPDATED 10/2014: The more I go here, the more I love the place. These guys are SOOO nice! They remember your name, your order, the quality is fantastic, the speed is great, the service is wonderful, and it's become my favorite place to eat in Maple Valley. Winner!
