Tina's Cafe

I came in for the candy pig cinnamon roll but was bowled over by the steak tacos and the super friendly service. The host, server and even the cook were very sweet and clearly wanted to ensure I enjoyed my meal and had everything I needed. Definitely worth a stop!

Tina's Cafe is an absolutely delicious mainstay in the Ruidoso restaurant scene. Their breakfast and lunch options are fantastic (haven't tried dinner) with maybe my favorite burrito anywhere. Prices I think are fair, and I appreciate the variety of food and drinks and the great service. Be prepared to wait if you don't get there early, but it is worth it.

Our server was an absolute sweetheart. The food was to die for. Tina's green sauce is a must try. The chips and salsa was delicious. I had the no name burrito and it is a meal for 2 in my opinion. I would very much like to go again.

Exceptional green chile cream sauce - wow! Sadly they will not give you WiFi password/access😔. Crispy rellenos with excellently spiced ground beef on top. Red chile rich but not too much, good spice. Migas with sausage usually very fluffy and well cooked. Beans very tasty, as is the posole (when available). Chicken fried steak with green chile cream sauce, fried eggs, hash browns, fluffy soft biscuits and an extra side of GC cream sauce is outstanding! Breakfast potatoes (fried cubes) are out of this world when dipped in extra green chile cream sauce. Cinnamon roll with "pork candy" as well as Red chile pecan pie are very very good, especially warmed up... The red chile kicks in with a soft and slow burn on the finish. Green chile peach pie a little heavy on the filling thickener (cornstarch?) and could use a little more heat (spice). Great Bloody Mary. Salty dog had a nice spiced rim, but the grapefruit (reads fresh squeezed on menu but is not) is just OK. Puff pastry filled with pork and green chile cream sauce, and the red enchiladas were also only just OK, would skip next time. As with many places, some key items on the menu are excellent and signature, but others not as well done.

Yes! I’m glad I tried this place! I’ve lived in Ruidoso for a few years now and never gave it a try because someone said the owner was racist. I decided to form my own opinion and glad I did! The food is really good and I absolutely love the atmosphere. Our waiter was also super friendly and courteous and attentive. This will be a restaurant my family and I will frequent.

The Green Enchiladas were tasty and cheesy, and my husband enjoyed the Migas. The only thing I didn’t like were the potatoes that came with breakfast, I found them bland.

This place also has live music on the weekends, you’d have to follow them on Instagram to find out what dates. They have a selection of beers, cocktails, and wines. Oh and they have pitchers of mimosas!

THIS is the best place for breakfast in town. Wonderful, warm service and excellent food. Shawna is the best and has been working here for ten years. We had a 25 minute wait, and the hostess checked in with us twice on the status of our table. We also got a cup of coffee to sip on the patio while we waited! We tried the breakfast burritos with a very good green chili sauce, the pancakes, and the steak omelet. Everyone was happy with their food.

Went with a group of 7 on Saturday morning. Very busy. We were seated within 10 min. The service was great. I had the n name burrito with sausage bacon and chorizo it was amazing. I loved the green chili cream sauce. I would have preferred more spice, but some in o ur group don't like spicy and they still loved it. One of the group Juevos Ranchero Christmas cheese was browned perfectly . Burrito was huge and took half back to my wife. Had a cinnamon roll and shared it with the group of 7 . Perfect finish. We will definitely be back.

Our first time here and wow this place is great. The food is quick and so delicious. They have so many staff who were constantly working hard, welcoming people and getting stuff done. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We will 100% be coming back. Our server was Elaina (Spelled it wrong im sure) and she was fabulous.

I love eating at this place when we visit Ruidoso. The food is always delicious and the staff friendly. Our last visit on 11/5, Shawna was our waitress and she was friendly and attentive. I always get the breakfast burrito with the creamy green chili sauce and it’s always satisfying. We had guests visiting from Indiana and they loved the restaurant as well. It was my moms birthday and we ordered a cinnamon roll to start off and the table thought it was delicious.

Tina's Cafe is easily my new favorite restaurant in Ruidoso! Amazing service, the food was so good we went back the next day! Tina's carrot cake is my new favorite dessert. You will not regret eating here. Everyone is very accommodating and sweet!

Another breakfast place that did not disappoint! The breakfast bowl with pork and bacon was the best! That green sauce 🔥 is like magic sauce! Oh you definitely have to try their cinnamon roll pig candy style! It's a must! Great customer service! Must try all their pies too!!

First of all, if you have not been to Tina's, get here the first chance you get. We met some friends for lunch and they suggested Tina's. We went around 1:00pm and it was a little quieter than normal I'm sure. We asked what they like to eat and we chose the Green Chile Chicken Tamale and the Stuffed Puff Pastry. I had the tamale and I cannot tell you how delicious it was. You just have to go try it yourself. The waitress was great, the food was great and the atmosphere was fantastic for visiting. I will make it a habit of eating there each time we are there now. We will be back and you will be too if you give them a try.

The service is second to none and the staff goes over and beyond to make sure you enjoyed your time.

There are about 6 tables to let when you walk in. This is where you want to be, really. The other section feels a little stale and echoes very badly.

Without a doubt, order the stuffed puffed pastry with either chicken or pork, both are delicious.
The homemade dressings for your salad will leave you thinking “hm, maybe I do like salads?”.

If you don’t go to tinas for any other reason, go for the desserts. 😳😁😋

Either way, this is a must for out of town visitors!

We had the new Mexican breakfast and the pork omelet and both were delicious.
Service was nery good.
And becareful near the dessert case,everything looks amazing

We LOVED this for our family brunch! VERY friendly service, and the breakfast foods are AMAZING! Get something with the green chili cream sauce! The patio is a lovely place to sit ☺

This restaurant is a must try for breakfast. I got the open muffin, and it was delicious. You have to get the the cinnamon bun! It should be illegal (because it was so good).

Thrilled with our meal at Tina's Cafe! The steak and eggs, fried chicken steak, and burritos were amazing, but the standout was the green chile salsa—absolutely loved it! Highly recommend!

We went to Corner Stone first, but they hardly had anyone working there, and it was very crammed. We decided to come to Tina's instead. Awesome meal! my wife and I decided to try the Huevos Rancheros due to all the reviews saying it was good and man, they weren't lying! Very clean establishment and great friendly service. We broke the Coner Stone tradition, and for good reason!

Wait was about 30 min., worth the wait, Stephanie provided great service make sure you try the cinnamon roll w/bacon and their delicious pies. Generous portions, If you like green chile highly recommend no name burrito with green cream sauce

Visited on a Sunday around 10am. Everyone in town had a waiting period but Tina's was Very quick to seat us, despite being just as busy as everyone else. The food was delicious! I had biscuits and gravy with sausage added and it was probably some of the best I've ever had! I'm not from NM so I'm not fond of chiles but the green chile cream sauce was Very very good! 5 stars! DEFINITELY a must visit location!
