Allsup's Convenience Store

Allsups 340 was awesome tonight! They gave candy and hot chocolate to the kids! They even decorated for Halloween! Great customer service!

This is your typical gas station convenience store. Not very large, but it has everything you would expect including coffee, fountain drinks, beer and a small selection of liquor. It is easy to get in and out and quickly get fuel. This station recently changed fuel brands from Phillips 66 to Valero so keep that in mind if you have a fuel brand preference or branded credit card.

Came by to get some snacks not a bad store but definitely overpriced.

Stopped for gas.
After fueling, pump said, "Receipt inside."
That's OK. I went in and was hassled for the pump number.
Hey, I knew the $ amount, but not the pump number.
Oh! there were four pumps and only one white car (mine).
Clerk wanted me to figure out the pump number (as if I would ever return).

They close early. They are not 24 hours. And the smell is not great.

Literally just watched a tattooed red haired lady wheeling around in an office chair handling chimichangas with her bare hands, switch directly to the register to handle customers while she complained about her injured calve and being alone working the store on the 4th of July weekend. Draw your own conclusions.

This is the worst allsups in Ruidoso... The staff is always lost or confused and they never have coffee and the coffee area is usually filthy.
