Food was great, coffee made to perfection however service was incredibly slow. I’m sure they are just short staffed so I’ll cut them a break.

There’s plenty of parking, as well as a drive through.
Interior was clean, and the donut case was well stocked

After the white knuckle driving out of the Bay Area in traffic on my way home to Salt Lake City, I was so shocked by the warm and friendly kindness of the employee who greeted me and handed me my mobile order. I wanted to try their version of the PSL before I headed out through the desert because we don’t have Dunkin’ in Utah and yeah my drink tasted like a normal sweet and sugary over the top latte but it was the employee who made me my smile haha.

Clean location, quick and friendly service. Let us know what specials were going on and that is was happy hour. Tasty donuts and cold beverages and affordable prices!

The woman (who must be the manager) was incredibly attentive and helpful after I ordered the wrong thing by accident, and not only corrected it for me, but also had an extremely positive attitude that reminded me what customer service used to be like. This is by far the best customer service I've received in reno/Sparks in a long time, and my only hope is that the rest of her team can follow her example. If she's not running that place, she should be!

Went here before we head back home. the girl and the guy at the counter are super nice! Especially the Girl she is sweet and all smiles!! I tried the strawberry dragonfruit drink and got a recommendation from them and i liked it! Went to order another one since my daughter likes it too!

We don't have Dunkin donuts in our state any more. I just happened to see their sign while traveling through Nevada and had to get my Bavarian creme fix. Need to put a little more filling in them.

Always love going here, they open door for me when I walk here and have my stroller and bring my coffee to me, as well. Always super friendly workers. Donuts always taste great! Iced vanilla latte is my favorite go-to drink, super sweet but delicious!

We got the bacon and cheddar egg bites with the onion and chive bagel bites, plus two peach refreshers (one with coconut and one without) because they were out of the strawberry... the bagel bites were perfect same with egg bites. The refreshers were great as well. If you like coconut I would definitely recommend my boyfriend doesn't like coconut so he loved his without.

Workers were so friendly and fast I love this place!

I'm biased, I grew up in New England so I love DD. I've been hype since the day it opened. They should definitely get some more backup though, they're pretty consistently busy and during peak hours the drive-thru wait can get pretty long. However, even at it's busiest, the service is still good and the employees are friendly.

(Also, if you just want a coffee or hot chocolate, it's way cheaper than St*rb*cks and IMO better-tasting than somewhere like McD's)

Dunkin donuts was the best!! And I mean not only the delicious coffee but the sweet worker at the window. The girl seemed to genuinely care about the fact that I had just gotten off work and was drinking coffee before going to bed. Lol! I assured her I had done this for about 30 years and would be fine, but how refreshing in this cold hard world to find someone who cares about a complete stranger. Made my day!

WE LOVE DUNKIN!!! Coffee is amazing, food is yummy. Staff is friendly and always gets the order right. Prices are GREAT!!! My Dogs even love this place can't forget the Puppuccinos.

Absolutely amazing. I usually hate Dunkin Donuts cuz the last few places I've been the service stinks but I got a cashier I guess you would call her and named Amanda she was amazing and made me this amazing coffee that did not taste like diabetes in a cup. Ask for Amanda when you go in if you want to be served with a smile and a great attitude

Dunkin coffee is much better than Starbucks with only one catch, they process orders wrong in 10-20% of the time. That's why I try to go with simple orders (e g. Black coffee) to get that right every time :)

Seriously the best Dunkin’ Donuts!! The staff is friendly they make their coffees consistent and they are fast!! They remember your order and get it correct every time! These employees deserve kudos!! Dunkin’ Donuts is my absolute favorite coffe place and I would drive 15 min one way to come here since I live in midtown Reno! I have been to many Dunkin’ Donuts around the country and this location is the best! I even got my fiancé who is an ex Starbucks drinker into Dunkin’ Donuts coffee!! You guys are great, the team and management is great! Keep it up!! You guys deserve raises!!

We both had great hot coffees and due to an issue, we had a turkey sausage, egg and cheese English muffin, that we bought for our dog, refunded due to the order being forgotten for 20 some minutes. The young lady ended up giving us the sandwich for free, but instead on a bagel, due to lack of english muffins, which our dog ate some of the egg, bagel and all of the sausage. Thank you Dunkin'!

Tasty donuts and coffee at a decent price. The parking can get crazy on the weekends because the drive-thru line can extend into the parking lot. I like to stop here in the morning before walking around the marina.
