I went in to La Casa because I believed that I had an infection.
When I went in I told the MA the exact prescriptions I was taking, who then proceeded to tell the nurse I had no idea what I was talking about and that I was not sure if I was there for what kind of testing I wanted, or what prescriptions I was taking. They told me it would take 3-4 days to get results back and it took them an entire week. They then said they thought there might have been an infection, but they sounded unsure of themselves. They wanted me to come back in to make an appointment for a prescription, even though the nurse gave me one at the first appointment.

They do not believe what they're patients tell them, they do not give accurate time estimates, they lack the ability to give finality in their "results", and there is disconnect between what their employees tell patients.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a medical office, and I will not be going back.

1st and only visit. Nurse practitioners are worthless. They send you to actual medical professionals so they don't have to do anything. They are not knowledgeable in anything. If you refuse to let them change all your meds, you get no refills on what you take. Have been on same meds for 10 yrs without issue. Refused to let them change them, so refused prescriptions. Not even for cholesterol meds. Found another dr and tried to call to cancel next appt here and after 2 tries, just left a message. Pitiful

They told me my daughter had 3 cavities. I took her to get a second opinion. They said she had one cavity and Enamel Hypoplasia. She only one tooth filled and two teeth sealed to protect the teeth because of the Enamel Hypoplasia.

La Casa dentist never mentioned that she had a problem with her enamel and also claimed that she had 3 cavities which she didn't. If the enamel wasn't corrected with a sealant her teeth with basically rot no matter how hard we try to keep her teeth healthy.

It was very irresponsible for them not to mention the enamel problem and claimed that she had 3 cavities when she only had one.

You have to harass them to get your test results back. Even then it’ll take them weeks to get back to you. Don’t bother leaving voicemails because they never check them.

I went to the doctor and got diagnosed with h-pylori and doctor told me it wasn't contagious but when I looked it up come to find out that it is contagious in multiple ways..

Dont expect to be seen any where close to your scheduled appointment time.

Omg nomas no, llegue 10 minutos antes y una hora esperando en el cuarto después de esperar como media hora en la sala de espera y cuando sales a preguntar si ya van a ir, ellas se toman todavía su tiempo y muy relajadamente ahí platicando te dicen si ya voy para el cuarto. Espero que si llego 20 minutos tarde no les importe porque luego te salen que si llegas 10 minutos tarde te cambian la cita, es la tercera vez y siempre es lo mismo. Espero poder allar algo mejor en este pueblo.

Muy mal servicio una hora en la línea y nadie contestó mi llamada voli a llamar pasaron 30 minutos y no contestan.
