Rivers Edge RV Park

I have been here a year and love the care given by the staff. They are Kind and go out of their way to help. Hoping to Stay another year.

Very good place to stay I would highly recommend it.The Truckee river and walking and biking trails are adjacent to the camp ground,There are several restaurants convenience stores and casinos close by

We have been here for almost a year, the management is kind and helpful, the maintenance is good and the neighbors are very helpful. There is a swimming pool, laundry room, large clean bathrooms and shower facilities that are well kept. The park is pet friendly and now has two small well maintained dog parks. Plus, it sits right on the bank of the Truckee River with super close access to a bike/walking path, Rock Park
& Beautiful views of the mountains! It's like a little Oasis that's super close to almost everything....casinos, parks, airport, shopping...everything is only a few minutes away!

All I can tell you is by our drive thru the other day. We are looking for a park so we may buy a fifth wheel and have a place to live in it. Park is very clean. Many pull thru spots. They told us the 50amp slots are full but we could call every Monday for an update. 30 Amp slots were available now. Park is located right on the river and a community park, Rock Creek, is adjacent to it. A tree or two is between each lot. They take full time residents and part time, anytime.. 🙂

It is reassuring to know credit checks are completed on all potential residents. We have been here going on 5 months and have not had any problems. Pool is always clean, clubhouse is very nice, nice size laundry facility at good prices. This is a long term park, so very little moving in and out. Alicia and Michael are friendly and helpful. Bob is always looking out for the park and also friendly and helpful. At about half the price of other long term stay parks in the area, it's a bargain!

Had a great experience!! Stayed here for six months. Beautiful scenery river runs right next to the park. It was my backyard. Really great people running this place and making improvements everyday. Really great neighbors I have met a lifelong friend Robert!! The fish slayer. Has a good laundry and showers. I highly recommend staying here.

We have been living here since February and love it!

Managers Michael and Alicia and maintenance Bob go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are very attentive to any needs that pop up. You can definitely tell that they all love people and do their best in every way!

The park's location next to the Truckee river is also a big plus!

We can't think of any other RV Park in the Reno/Sparks area we'd rather live!

Loved staying here!.. the hosts are the best, wonderful people, they put themselves out to make people happy here, the place is perfectly clean, great sites, right by the beautiful river, you can walk every day with your dog, super nice people everywhere here, easy access to Reno or Sparks. There are planes flying over head as others mentioned but you get used to it and its not so bad.. 5 STARS!

Great place to refill your drinking water and drain your dirty water tanks. The price for the entire service is only $20. I used Large RV.

I am a traveling healthcare worker. I have lived at this park since December 2017, I was after-hours with my arrival when I got there and Bob, the off-duty maintenance worker was able to assist me even though he was off-duty, from where he lived in the park. I thought that was Tremendously gracious of him. The rest of my time here has been nothing but enjoyable, with the assistance of the front office staff who are extremely dedicated to Their jobs.They are always around from eight or 9 AM to about 6 PM. They answer any questions courteously, and assist you with anything that you need, but most of all they are easy to approach with any concerns. The city of Sparks had somewhat of a homeless problem along the river, but they have cleared that up by taking initiative and enforcing the no camping law, and mowing the grass in the back. It has made a tremendous improvement in the environment here. None of this would be possible, without the dedicated hard work of the administrators and maintenance staff to make me feel very at home in my new environment. To any other fellow RVers looking for a place to stay, you will not find a better deal in the Reno/Sparks area, you will find pricier parks with more amenities, but they are not worth the deal that he will get here. The park is also centrally located to both major freeways, shopping, and restaurants. I made the right choice. I’m still here 8 months later.

Met with the front desk lady I believe her name is Rachel very pleasant to work with I was there to Clear a drain it was an absolute pleasure working with her the details she was able to give me help me do my job easier and quicker would definitely recommend Rivers edge Rv Park to anybody looking for a short or long term stay in Sparks Nevada

I have lived in the park for approx. 7 months. The park is maintained in a very clean manner. The management team of Michael and Alecia are very professional and deal with issues in a timely manner. The residents are for the most part friendly and very watchful over each other. I would recommend this park to anyone that is looking for an alternative to the high priced apartments and houses here in Reno.
To those that don’t even live here that are posting negative comments and refering to the residents as trailer trash, until you live here and meet us, please keep your untrue and immature remarks to your self.

We've lived here at Rivers Edge RV Park over 4 years. It's the best park around. Managers are very helpful and pleasant. They are a busy couple. I've known them to go the extra mile for folks that needed help. Bob, the maintenance guy works hard and is willing to help anyone with what they need. We like the fact that they do background and credit checks on new people. The space rent is very reasonable with cable included. The walking trail is right here along the Truckee River. There's a nice swimming pool at the club house. Everything is close by, groceries, hospital, doctors and entertainment as well. What more could you ask for. There are lots of working people live here. Some are professional folks. It's home sweet home..

A pleasant, clean, friendly atmosphere at River’s Edge RV Park managed by incredibly professional and yet thoughtful Rachael and staff. Located on South Rock Blvd along the Ever Beautiful Truckee River.

What an awesome place. Next to the river..The manager in the maintenance guy are a great team. There cleaning out all the Riff Raff while making it look new like it once was.

ok I just have to write. I read the other reviews and i want everyone to know that there are new managers Shari and her husband David. They started there in 2015 and they are fabulous and very good at their job. We were there in 2014 when other temporary managers were there and I get what you are saying. Our stay in 2015 was the best. Shari is kind and respectful and full of laughter and her husband David is great at keeping the place running like its supposed to and they do a great job together making sure the rules are followed and that everyone is happy. We are so excited to be back there again this year for 2 months. Give it a try again and you will see what I mean. Veronica Murray Palm Springs

We are currently residing here. The park is well maintained and clean. They have a very clean bathroom with showers that are key coded for security. They recently became under new management and they are super nice. Definitely recommend whether you are only staying a few days or long term.

This park is a amazing place !
The managment and everyone here are the most freindly people l have met here nevada.
I honestly love living here , the best part is going on walks with my dogs an freindly people always saying hello . Greatly appreciate the staff for always fixing anything in a fast timely manner and always having a clean pool,bathroom & laundry area !

Even with the bee's. Ducks are so cute. We like the Lil dogs going by also.

We just finished a 3 day trip and I can't tell you how wonderful our stay was. It was cold at night but the facilities, staff and Halloween activities made us forget it.
