Grand Sierra RV Park

My husband and I used to love staying here. It's been awhile but really enjoyed it. Great rates also. They have laundry room, guest bathrooms and showers. Clean and very friendly staff.

Full hook ups. Clean bathrooms and showers. Nice lake to drive golf balls into. Wi-Fi available. Quiet at night. I would recommend this place. I have a 38 foot fifth wheel and an F-350. They have lots of pull through sites and deep back and sites.

The buffet had prime rib. That's all that was needed to sew me on the place, but there's much more. Roll the dice and give it a go.

Review is late. We stayed here a few days in March 2023 and it was freezing and still snowing. The staff were VERY friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The public showers were clean and pretty nice. I wish the internet in the laundry room worked better.

Large, modern RV park. Easy check-in with Mona, but no morning newspaper! Full service RV hookups. Bath house. All conveniences of the casino included, pool, hot tub, restaurants, movie theater.... Nice casino setup. 5 minute drive to the airport.

We have been coming to the GSR RV Park back when it was the Reno Hilton. We have enjoyed our stay every time for the last 21 years. Always a friendly staff, Mike and Phyllis at the front desk were great, helped with making changes to our reservation and staying late to get us checked in. The GSR RV Park Rocks!!!

The staff are friendly, the RV Park is neat and tidy and the bathrooms / shower houses are spotlessly clean with roomy cubicles.

Nice place to stay. Full access to the amenities at the GSR and it was nice to walk back to our trailer and bed we are used to after the concert, instead of waiting in traffic and driving home late at night. We will stay there again.

Clean park, with full hookups and plenty of space between sites. The only negative were some of the other inhabitants vehicles without legal exhaust systems, but what is the park gonna do? We showed up an hour early and staff worked with us to get us in site. Even though they could have told us to wait. There is. Walmart across the street from the GSR, and easy access to the freeway.

Dog park was clean, complementary bags and large enough to keep grouchy dogs away from one another.

A great weekend getaway. Spent one day poolside and the other enjoying non casino attractions. It was great. Special mention to the GSRs VR set up. It was great.

We have stayed at GSR RV park every summer for many years. After a bad experience we took a couple of years off. We came back this summer to some delightful changes.... The new management is wonderful, Josh Wallin, is new to us and was an amazing help with our stay. We were able to use our credits and offers for our "one time" summer visit. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the park, the security, and overall friendliness of the staff. Brand new laundry facility was a huge plus. Very busy on the weekend, however, security makes hourly rounds and manages the "quiet" time well. We felt like our rig was safe and watched over. Access to the amenities at the hotel is a great plus and the river walk on the Sparks side is a big plus for walking our dogs. Great public swimming hole within walking distance. We highly recommend the park for a short or extended stay.

Easy Check In/Check Out. The park is close to the GSR entrance near the pool, which is also close to the gym, movie theater, bowling alley, and arcade. The gaming room is just a trip up the escalators.

We booked a pull-through space on the pavement. The park was clean and quiet, and we had no issues with any of the hookups. We'll definitely stay here again.

Great pool areas. It's all a bit pricey, but one should expect that...

We thought it was a great place to stay...clean, large, level sites, s w e on it. Bathrooms are very clean. It IS all paved ( like a parking lot) but what’s wrong with that? We came to visit the casinos and see shows, not stay outside in a campground. We were able to use the pool and hot tub. There is also a place where you can hit golf balls at targets in a pond. We would go back again!

Great location. We were told when we made our reservation that the hookups didn't have sewer. They do. It is a concrete park. The park is quiet even though you can watch airplanes land. There are dog areas but not much for excercising large dogs. The park is patroled and Josh the RV manager was helpful and knowledgeable about both Lake Tahoe and Virginia City. The pool area is great with huge Jacuzzi, fire places and lounge areas. The casino is clean and had great food. The excerise area is small but adequate. We stayed three nights and would stay here again.

Super clean, safe and the sound of the Trukee river which is right there bordering the park makes this place amazing!!!!!

Very quiet and clean RV park outside the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino. Rates are very reasonable - half the cost of a room - yet you still have access to the hotel amenities. We felt very safe here and it's centrally located to the Reno metro area.

Good wifi, took a spot in the far back and didn't have to be near anyone. Dog friendly with a separate area. Shuttle works great. And get to use GSR facilities. Quick bus ride downtown too.

Great spot sizes... surprisingly quiet... great amenities... the spots in the 200s are hard to locate in the dark as they're not marked on the roadway. All in all a great place to stay. We will definitely be back.

This is our "go-to" place to stay in Reno. We can stay in the comfort of our own RV within a nice little walk to the GSR casino and restaurants. It's an amazing place to stay for sure. The RV park manager, Kat Peele, has really turned this place around from what it once was. She is a true gem and is always so accommodating to EVERYONE'S requests. If we had more thumbs, we would be putting them all up for a wonderful stay-cation in Reno!

Easy in easy out, access to huge pool and resort bar, Noisy on evenings that have the DJ at the pool bar.... but still worth the stay.
