too busy and not enough employee, so this results in long wait times!

As a long term member of kaiser in Renton I am finally leaving and switching my insurance because they not only lack good service but the communication and health care here is a joke.
Do not expect to get your medication refills here unless you are physically standing in the clinic and raising a fuss, even then expect to wait at least 20 minutes for them to get it to you.
You can order through online and it will just show "fill in progress" until you show up in the clinic upset.
Ice been waiting months for an in person doctors appointment.
The "virtual" or telephone appointments with doctors who have never seen you but will try to change your medication when you need that medication is so upsetting that it's caused panic attacks.
I cannot express how much I do not recommend Kaiser permanente to anyone looking for care.
